Took far longer than scheduled to get a hair cut and the place looked deserted. I guess it could have been understaffed at the time. The cut was fine and the price was a bit high for what I asked.

I was in town for the weekend and need a quick eyebrow threading. I went here and couldn't be happier. The service was great, the staff friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend 👍🏾💯

Chairs are spaced out (covid friendly) always clean, staff is kind and they do suchhh a great job with brows. I get mine threaded here regularly and got them tinted for the first time the other day 10/10

HORRIBLE!!! I went in there tonight to get a fill in on my nails. During the session, the lady cut all of my fingers by accident when using the filing machine. In the end I left dissatisfied with blobby, bubbly, chunky nails. I told her, that it looked a mess, and she said she couldn’t fix it because the mall was closing. I WILL NEVER COME BACK.

I CAN NOT BELIVE THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE .THIS HAS BEEN MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I will never come here. when I was getting my hair dyed the lady was being so aggressive I felt my neck hurting and she even got the dye all over my forehead and checks being so careless, and don't let me start on this bleach because I'm now MISSING HAIR. I did not get what I asked for. This experience has traumatized me. wish there was a 0 star button. And when asked to speak with the manager I was rudely declined and told to leave !!!

I go to Bhanu for threading and she does an absolutely fantastic job! My skin is sensitive, and she has a good hand, is skillful and perfectly does the job...better than any other place I’ve gotten threading done in Bethesda.
