I came in for a mani/pedi. My nails did look good at the end of the visit but service was very poor. The lady who did my nails didn't speak English well. While trying to pay, she became frustrated and inpatient and started yelling at me because I didn't understand what she was trying to tell me. The manager seeing what was transpiring came over and over took my card and told me not to worry about it. This was helpful except that before taking my card she did not remove the gloves she was wearing to clean the dead skin off the feet of the patron she was caring for. She put my card and

Got charged way more than I thought it would be and the prices on their website don't reflect their actual prices also i made an online appointment but they never confirmed it until I called them 30 mins before my scheduled appointment and they asked for my name and number again? Seems like they didn't even know about my online appointment.

I was told by a friend to try this place out and starting out everything went great but once it came to the polish I was drying my hands for
10 minutes and the polish was still
wet, they kept adding layers and let me leave without fully drying my nails or applying cuticle oil after damaging mine, i was told to wait to let it dry but even after an hour the polish was falling off and chipping - very upsetting as this was my birthday present

I made a last minute appointment for mani/pedi and had Tammy. She was so friendly and we talked like old friends. I picked a color brighter than what I thought but actually was really happy with it. Tammy made me feel like I could change my mind at anytime. I will definitely go back. Bonus is the convenience and atmosphere.

I got my nails done by Richard and they looked nice and clean. However, one of them was slightly bumpy and he did not add cuticle oil which was kind of strange to me. It took a while for him to get started even though I made an appointment, however, I understand that there are busy days. Overall pretty good experience and I would come back.

I had Tammy. I felt like I had to make some additional requests that typically would have been taken care of ( e.g. after filing my nails they were not straight so i had to ask for them to be re-filed, i had to ask for cuticles to be taken off again, i had to ask for the nail polish to be painted on the very top of the nail since the nail/skin underneath was popping out). She wasn't very gentle, my cuticles around the thumb started bleeding ( i have dry skin but still it doesn't happen every time). I also had her do my eyebrows and had to ask her to pluck hairs remaining underneath it

Great mani pedi. Did the green tea detox pedi. Chairs are very comfortable, lots of space to put your belongings and it even has a built in USB port to charge you tablet or phone.
My feet no longer hurt and my nails look great with just a simple buff. This was my 1st visit but, it will not be my last.

Tried it shortly after it opened, and it’s become my new go-to nail salon. Very modern, pretty salon. Sparkling clean, always do an excellent job with gel and powder nails. The nice drinks with service, including sparkling water and wine make it so relaxing!

I live in Los Angeles but I'm here in Potomac due to the pandemic for a few months. It's been... over a year since my last pedicure and manicure due to having a baby + COVID-19. I saw this place while dropping off a UPS package the other day and called to make an appointment. From the moment I walked in I was asked to use hand sanitizer before making any selection of nail polishes. Masks are mandated for entry. And there's plexi glass in between all stations and nail specialists/clients. I loved how beautiful the place was and most importantly how clean it was. I am going to go back

I stumbled across this nail salon shortly after it opened, went several times and always had 5* service. Yesterday was a let down. I was getting my car serviced and decided to have a much needed post shutdown manicure. I went in right after they opened and was the only client there. I opted for "Dip" all started off fine. I had no polish but no soaking of nails/cuticles She went right to the nail grinder and ground my cuticles and nail bed. Did the dip and I noticed that there was some of the dip solution that stuck to my fingertip just underneath my nail. The manicurist said it was because

They went on to say they don't choose colours for patrons because they change their minds and they didn't want to have to start over. Awesome service!! My nails look exactly like the picture I brought in. Great ambience and very clean! They adhered to all CDC Covid cleaning and spacing guidelines. Had to wash my hands as soon as I entered. They also had plexiglass shields around the pedicure and manicure station. Made an appointment during the day and I was the only one there.

If i can give it 0 stars, i definitely would. looking at their photos i thought this place wouldn’t do me wrong. if you’d like badly painted, and bad shaped nails. this is your go to ladies! worst nail place ever been to. terrible customer service as well. to make top it off i called ahead to verify the prices, i got there and they decided to do all these extra spa treatments that i did not ask for. and charged me a ridiculous amount.

Love quality of treatment and the massage chairs are awesome. They have usb port, free wifi and lots of space for your things to just relax and enjoy the awesome service.
I needed a detox green tea pedi since my feet hurt so much with no way of having pedicures until now. I only get them when I need them.

I've come here a few times to get my nails done, and it's always easy breezy during the work day - never too busy, can always walk in and out usually under an hour.
I've gotten their dip twice now and both times they've looked great and stayed on three weeks. Everyone is also super nice. I highly recommend.

Looks very new and modern. I went for the grand opening they had 30% off. Sns would be 47 regular price. The pedicure chairs have usb ports to charge your phone. They gave me a mimosa which was great. Cindy did a way better job than expected considering that they just opened. I will likely be back. They also have a loyalty program too.
