We treat all Customers and Home Sellers with respect and appreciate you putting your trust in us. We offer you two ways to meet with your Inspector to learn about the home. You can choose to attend the review portion of the home inspection, where we together walk through the home to relay our inspection findings to you.
2. You can opt to receive a phone call from your Inspector who will go over his findings with you. Included with either option is a detailed inspection report sent by email that summarizes the homes conditions, safety and mechanical hazards, along with our recommendations. Just indicate your preference when you call us at 612-419-3221 to schedule a property inspection.

Home buyers have a lot to consider when searching for their Dream Home. While features, appearance and location are significant, what can be even more important are the not-so-apparent portions of the home. A Certified Home Inspector is trained to assess the condition of a home and document the findings, thus greatly reducing the number of surprises encountered after purchase and move-in.
With all the houses on the market today, you need to distinguish yours from the crowd. One way to do this is by having your home "Move In Certified". Move In Certified homes have been pre-inspected by Right Home Inspections, a NACHI certified inspector, and the sellers confirm that there are no major systems in need of immediate repair or replacement and no known safety hazards.

Joe was great! Definitely told us everything we needed to know to help us make an informed decision on the house we are hoping to buy. Nice guy too!
Follow up: Unfortunately, less than a year in this house we discovered major issues that we believe could have been caught by the inspector and would have changed our mind. We would not have purchased this house.
The warped paneling int he storage room, albeit "cosmetic" should have been a red flag to him that something else was going on... we trusted him.
He should have also noticed that the carpet in my son's room was freshly installed and not

Cam was wonderful to work with. He was extremely thorough and it was clear that he was experienced in his field. Cam spent the time reviewing his findings with us and always gave us opportunities to ask questions. As a first time home buyer, I am grateful that we used Right Home Inspections as the inspection has given us knowledge about the details of our future home that we other wise would not have known. I highly recommend Right Home Inspections.

Not sure what they did for 2 hours but....
During walk through I asked "does it stay warm in the basement?" reply "warms right up" it's 15 degrees cooler in the finished basement and thus, completely unusable. NO AIR at all from vents (checked for closed dampers, found none). it's to cold to use making half the house off limits in the winter. The microwave when we tried to use it sounded like a grade school fire alarm. Even woke people up in the house. 2 toilets over flowed on first or second use. Lights on the front of the house do not work. dead septic alarm. But the biggest thing they missed

Joe was pleasant and very thorough in inspecting our new home. We did not expect quite that level of detail in the inspection or the walk through that followed. We appreciated both his attention to detail and realistic, honest recommendations. I would recommend Joe and Right Home Inspections to anyone in need of a home inspection.

Right Home did a great job! James was extremely accommodating in working with a difficult schedule. His inspection was very thorough and provided us the knowledge we needed to plan our new home projects. The appliance recall and life cycle check was particularly helpful. While the inspection confirmed everything was well maintained, by providing the estimated ages of the heating systems, etc. we were able to go back and ask for a home warranty. Thank you Right Home!

I was very pleased with Joe and his company. Being a first time home buyer is already an intimidating process, not to mention all the other aspects that come along. After having Right Home Inspections come out I knew I away in good hands. I was extremely satisfied with Joe's expertise and how knowledgeable he was, this helped easy any worries. I would differently recommend Right Home Inspections for any home buying needs.
