He was the buyer's inspector when we sold our Lake property. He shared the inspection report with us and was very informative about the issues he found. Reed has twice inspected homes we were purchasing, and was fabulous both times. Communicative, patient, thorough, punctual and extraordinarily helpful throughout the process. We are not handy people, so really relied on him for accurate, detailed info about the quality of the homes we were buying. Reed was fantastic to work with! He was able to respond quickly under a tight deadline and able to navigate the challenges of coordinating logistics with our builder. In addition to being thorough, we especially liked the way Reed took the time to explain his findings (this is our first home) and services that made life easier for us as remote buyers. Specifically, Reed took photos of the entire house, provided serial numbers to all of our appliances, and was able to work with us over the phone. Would happily recommend him to others.

Reed was very thorough and informative. He took his time to explain in detail to a first time home buyer like me. He was very patient in answering my many questions.
