Heintzelman's BBQ Pit Inc.is a 90 seat family dining experience (40 additional seating when patio and deck are open) like no other in the area. We focus on BBQ and smoking meats and side dishes. We are a family owned and operated business established in 2016 located in the growing town of Ontario, New York.

We have enjoyed preparing and cooking for our family and friends for over 20 years, during this time we have perfected our recipes to create flavor profiles not found in the local or surrounding area that we are sure will please and tantalize your taste buds.

Amazing food, especially the ribs and brisket. Love the Friday fish fry too! Always great service and they make you feel like you're part of their family. One of my favorite restaurants by far!

The best restaurant in this area. All other restaurants in the area are merely peons compared to these guys. Rob rocks and he’s brought a lot of business with him to the restaurant as well. Best ribs around and their smoked wings are phenomenal.

The food was delicious, as was the service. The owner made his rounds of the tables to introduce himself and chat a bit...also checked to be sure we were having a good experience. Another added extra...for 1st time quests (you may need to request it) they provide a tray of sides (free) to taste to see which sides you prefer with your meal..loved the personal touch. In addition to the beverage menu, they also serve alcohol drinks...I enjoyed a glass of Red Cat. 😊👍🏻

We enjoyed our dinner. We've heard good things and decided to check it out. The wings are delicious with Dominic's sauce on it. That's a cross of mild and garlic parm. The smoked mac and cheese and sweet potato tots were very good. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. The owner Bob even came around to check on the guests. Our server Tina was excellent. We will be back again.

Have eaten here a few times. Good is OK to good. Once, the brisket was a little dry. Otherwise, it's tasty and smoked well. The owner has always walked around to check on his guests. That's a nice touch.

The owners are very caring and go above and beyond for their guests. The food is amazing , literally the best BBQ we have every eaten. Everything is homemade and fresh. Thank you for all you do. Go check this place out , you won't regret it.

Absolutely fantastic food. The wait staff seem happy want the chef came out to each table to make sure that everyone was content. I'll be back for certain! A must visit if you're in the area or visiting. There is a fabulous antique store right next door as well.

I would give it 10 stars as my 10 year God daughter told our server after the experience we had. The food was great, the serivces was stupendous and the owner was so nice and he came out greet us. I can't wait to visit again. Oh yeah they have Perry ice cream!

Some of the best bbq we've ever had. We had a little bit of everything-smoked wings, pulled pork, ribs, and brisket. They make the gravy with the smoked brisket drippings. So good! Highly recommend if you're in the area. The staff is friendly and attentive and Pitmaster Heintzelman knows his stuff! Look at that smoke ring on the brisket!
