I do all my shopping at Jonathan’s Furniture & I have had nothing but amazing customer service. Staff is well knowledgeable and helped me understand what would best fit my lifestyle and needs. The manager gave me great deals & they have wonderful financing options if you needed it!

We purchased a La-z-boy rocker power recliner. Two weeks after delivery of the chair the front of the seat cushion had a big wrinkle in it. After sending a photograph of it to Jonathan’s Furniture we were told there was nothing they could do as this was a.”Visual” issue not a defect of the chair. We would have to deal with the mfg. it’s been many weeks and several phone calls and emails with La-a-boy comfort care and still unresolved and not returning phone calls or emails. The comfort care representatives did call Jonathan’s directly and were both times told it’s not their issue. It’s
