Having been an SC student some 20+ years ago, today's bookstore looks nothing like the bookstore of the past. When I was a student, there were multiple floors of books and supplies with a very small selection of clothing. Now the bookstore has 3 whole floors dedicated to clothing and one floor with traditional bookstore related items.
While it's incredible to see the diverse selection of merchandise, I found that many shirts, sweatshirts and jackets didn't come in sizes larger than XL. When I asked some of the floor associates, they told me to visit the website in order to find

Want to offer up a big "shout out" for Carlo and the Bookstore Manager. We were buying multiple wine glasses and needed to transport them a long distance. I had asked for four other employees for a paper box. They all told me there were no boxes to be had. When I finally found the Manager, he asked Carlo to look on the dock for boxes. Carlo came back with two boxes plus wrapping paper, plus tape. Carlo helped us out, even wrapping some of the wine glasses for us. Carlo is to be commended for his "above and beyond" customer service!

The manager working on the 1st floor around 12-1pm today on 08/22 (she had black hair) was absolutely atrocious for no reason. Very miserable woman. If she hates her job so much then leave? I've spent hundreds of dollars at the store and have had incredible service for the most part. I mean it's a bookstore, what could go wrong lol. I had a cashier kindly tell me she could help me exchange an item so I returned to Guest Services where we first chatted and stood there patiently for a few minutes. I have been to this bookstore and there is a wide variety of books to select from for school. Not only is the campus great but they have what I need here. The only thing is that it is pricey but that's how it's like at any bookstore. I bought a textbook here for my psychology class and they were able to price match it so it was very convenient. Great service.

Horridly rude - even when the store was empty, staff cannot be found anywhere but at the cash registers. When you finally find them there, they *refuse* to unlock the empty fitting rooms and throw an attitude when you ask them for just about anything. USC, you might consider improving the customer experience.

Easily makes my top three favorite bookstores in major cities list!! I was in there forever! I love all the little corners you can sit and read at. I love all the artwork, poems, and quotes on the walls. There's three stories, be sure to check each one out. Such a humble and charming little bookstore!

I was in the area to visit the California Science Center, so I stopped in here to buy a little souvenir. Whenever I visit a university, I've been in the habit of buying a polo shirt. Although I'm fairly neutral in the cross-town rivalry with UCLA, I will always cheer for the Trojans whenever they play each other. Fight on!

Horrible online customer service, I purchase an order for my son and it was confirmed. They called me on Friday Memorial Day Weekend and left a message with an American Express issue, I believe they had the incorrect security code. I called next business day and only a recording to leave my number, no return call.

What a horribly incompetent place to buy a computer from. We purchased an iMac for a lab at HSC, received a malfunctioning unit, had it send out for repair. The unit sat in the bookstore without anybody paying attention to it. After intervention from our side they sent it out for repair. It came back with the exact same issue. Second time repair took 2 weeks. And again the computer is sitting at the main campus while it should be delivered to HSC. Terrible

If your a big U.S.C. fan, you'll love this place. Not only does it have a good selection of books, this is a USC wonderland! They carry a huge selection of souvenirs, athletic gear, and you can find Star Wars/ USC apparel. This place has 3 floors, so there is plenty of merchandise to choose from. The employees are students and quite awesome. Although you'll find one of a kind gear and memorabilia, be prepared to pay FULL price.

Great place to browse a selection of books, many of them second hand for extremely cheap. Inside it's like a maze, with bookshelves built from reclaimed wood. They've got a few desks and chairs you can settle into for reading. Great place to people watch, as this is a hipster's paradise! Reminds me very much of the Shakespeare & Co bookstore in Paris, very lovely!

Very well stocked book store. Has lots of USC shirts, hats, all kinds of apparel. Very efficient when there is a game or something else big, they have more than 50 checkout clerks. I am writing this review strictly on the service I received at the cashier, not just once, but on multiple occasions. Been ordering USC items for years. This year I ordered three USC Rose Bowl items. Received a confirmation number & my credit card was charged.
