They did such a fantastic job with my house and fence. When I walked into my house it smelled like a new car! I could hardly believe how amazing it smelled - who even thinks about if their house smells clean? Plus it looked like a new fence and house. If you are thinking about painting your house, do this first! They cleaned the siding, the brick facade and cleaned out my gutters. I did my research and picked them over another company for the cleaners they use and the cost. Highly recommended!

Rude as hell. Asked for an estimate and Molly Donegan responded with a smarmy, short, almost confrontational demeanor because I was on a time crunch and didn't want to to do the whole "schedule an estimate" game. I understand an estimate is an estimate, not the exact price.
I don't trust companies that play this BS "upsell" technique, and I especially don't appreciate an arrogant, disrespectful "operations manager" (secretary).

These asshats keep tossing their trashy flyers with binder clips all over my neighborhood, in the gutters, sidewalks, bushes, and front lawns. I cleaned up dozens scattered all over our streets and called to complain, then found more on the same streets the next day. I would never use the kind of business that trashes people's communities like they do.

Don't use this company until they change their advertising practices. They advertise by blanketing neighborhoods with their flyers with clips attached to weigh them down. In my neighborhood, it appears they were simply thrown from a car and landed all over the people's yards, sidewalks, and driveways--some in the road itself (where they could easily pop a tire if someone ran over the clip). This isn't advertising, this is simply littering.

If their advertising practices are like their cleaning then beware. This week they blanketed our entire neighborhood in Upper Huntington with advertisements thrown all over our streets and sidewalks. These advertisements were contained within two binder clips and just left in driveways and on sidewalks. Talk about unclean and environmentally unfriendly. Our entire neighborhood is talking about how irresponsible this was. You will never receive our business. Please come and clean up your mess.

After looking into power washing, I liked Smart Wash's soft washing ability/service. I have called them 4 times now (left voicemails, and actually talked to people) over the last 3 weeks. Apparently they don't want my business. I just wish they would tell me that so I don't waste my time trying to get someone who can provide me an estimate.

Smart Wash completed a very thorough and quick job cleaning our mansard roof. Jon, one of the owners, Molly, my contact person, and Josue, the foreman, were all very responsive and helpful throughout the process. The price was very reasonable and the team did much more than expected while they were here, power washing the chimney and wall below the mansard, too! We hope to hire them again for some additional power washing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Great company!

After little research decide to hire Smart wash based on reviews. Smart wash was fantastic.

Great service. I coordinated the four townhouses, and we only had one hick-up, and that was due to the design of the back of our units. The crew Chuck and Eric were extremely professional, and respected our potted plants. They did a great job. We would highly recommend the company and crew. The price was right and more importantly, the process was not a pressure washer but a gentle scrub that removed the green slime from the back of all our townhouses! The only reason that I didn't give them five stars was due to the fact that they had to come back to clean one of the walls they missed due

Update 6/2/2016- Had a really nice talk with Jon from Smart Wash and he was able to address all of our questions and concerns. They do seem like a hard working group with an expanding business and they did demonstrate that customer satisfaction is important. I think that pays off because after talking with them, I wanted to update my Yelp. My original issue was that they did not get back to me after the job, but now they have, and our roof looks good so.... 5 stars :)

In search of a power wash vendor for our recently purchased, mid-century, fixer-upper home, I came across Smart Wash as a recommended vendor by someone posting in our local neighborhood listserv. Smart Wash did a comprehensive, end-to-end clean of all of our stone and brick exteriors including our chimney. The improvement was dramatic. I had some black mold on my roof similar to that in many of the pictures on this Yelp. I looked at a DIY option using a hose end sprayer from Home Depot, but the label said it would take weeks to months for results.
Looking for another option, I found Smart Wash through Yelp. After filling out the online form, I quickly received a phone call from the owner, Jon. He was able to give me a quick estimate over the phone (He even used Google Street View to get a sense of the my house without needing to come out). After agreeing on a price, he said he would try to fit me in in the next 2 weeks

I have yet to have them do any work. But I send a request to talk to someone and within 1 min or less I received a call from a representative. They were very professional and knowledgeable of what I needed and they were equipped to do the work with out a water source. If there company is as could as there customers service then I'm sure I will use them again and again.

I would definitely recommend Smart Wash for anyone that has a roof in need of cleaning and not replacement. Jon was courteous, responsive, and very knowledgeable. He came out to my house at a time that was convenient to me, answered all my questions, and completed the job just like he indicated. The roof looks like new. Great job!

Smart Wash promised to start on Monday at 10:00 am. They showed up right on time. It was a two man team, one on the ground and one on the roof. It took 30 to 40 minutes to set up and be ready to clean the roof. The team answered all my questions as they came up. The solution was applied all over the roof, not just the stained parts. It was later rinsed off with care.
The results are spectacular! All the stains are completely gone. There is not a trace of the streaky roof I had yesterday. An unexpected pleasure was that all the shingles make it look like a new roof. I am sure I will get at least

We contacted Mr. Quinn regarding cleaning of the roof, which was streaked on the garage, house, and porch. When Mr. Quinn inspected the house, he pointed out that the siding was in need of a power washing, and we stated that the entrance brick walkway was also in need of a cleaning. Mr. Quinn gave us reasonable quotes for all three jobs, his team provided the requested services professionally, expeditiously, and thoroughly.
