Our appointment book allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our clinic does welcome walk-ins, but scheduled appointments will take priority. It is beneficial to schedule an appointment to prevent a wait period. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability.

The vets are wonderful but their receptionists are very rude and inhospitable. I would give them a 5 except for the two snarky rude ladies up front who act like you're infringing on their life if you ask for help. It is shocking to me how rude they are.

Very disappointed as I’ve taken my animals for care here for years and had my first horrible experience that ended up with a loss of beloved pet due to their negligence. They have lost my business forever! Against my better judgement when I and my husband both asked for blood work the vet told me it wasn’t necessary. This was Friday and Sunday I took the dog to Neel as he continued to get worse to end up having to put the dog down. My dog suffered for nearly two weeks because of this place.

I am shocked by some of the reviews on here. I've been using Piedmont vet clinic since 2013. The ladies who worked the front desk are always nice courteous and know what their doing. I have never seen an attitude from any of them. The vets are always knowledgeable kind and vet techs too. I have both cats and dogs and just love taking my animals to this clinic.
