Our dog Bentley went there numberous times for a bad leg. Finally we went to a specialist and within 10 minutes that vet knew it was bone cancer. We contacted Hefner Road to have Bentley euthanized. But they said that even though Bentley was in extreme pain that they could not see him for a week. I called Cherokee Hill vet and although they were fully booked they agreed to euthanize Bentley at 5PM as a mercy. Hefner Road just didn't seem to care enough to work him in.

I must say, even though we have only been going here for a short amount of time, I am thoroughly impressed! I’ve always been a bit of a worrying pet mom since I do not have kids and my dogs are my children. Coming here is the best thing I’ve done! Kate at the front desk has gone above and beyond numerous times and has made me feel better about things with my pups even just through the phone. She’s one of a kind for sure, you can tell she loves her job and knows what she is doing. If I were her boss, I would do whatever I could to keep her! A true gem.

I left my dog sebastian over the weekend and he had a wonderful time! He came home so happy and playful. Seems like he really enjoyed it. I gotta thank everyone at the hospital for taking care of my baby cause he means the world to me. Very trustworthy business.
