I have dealt with several people professionally, and Matt is by far one of the very best I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have used Matt for three different home loans and can honestly say each time was a wonderful process. Matt makes the entire loan process so easy from Step 1 to the closing. I can promise it would be very difficult to find a more professional and responsive residential loan officer. I'm hoping to never move again, but if we do Matt Soutee will be our first phone call.

As an insurance agent I worked with Matt on many occasions. I can honestly say that I was never disappointed. I was referred to Matt Soutee from a mutual acquaintance. I couldn't have been any more pleased with the quality of service I received from not only Matt, but his whole team.
