I really wanted to like this place! Especially because they use non-toxic products. Angela did a great job at getting most of my hair back to my natural hair color. But the salon charged me $100 for a face frame "foilage", when I let them know I was thinking about curtain bangs. So she took her time coloring and getting the face frame right but it was all chopped off anyways. Then they mentioned the "olaplex treatment" was complimentary, and it was not complimentary when i received the bill. Also I was charged $80 for a "color melt" which i don't even know what that is and that was never discussed

Love this salon! I drive 45 minutes just to get my hair done by Kara. She is meticulous about color and cuts! I have very thick curly hair and I love what she does with my unruly hair. Would highly recommend this salon ! It is cute and on trend! The staff is always friendly and helpful!

I scheduled an appt for a curly cut with Koby via email with the owner. Included in the email we're pictures of my current curls as well as pictures for reference as to what I was hoping to achieve. I book two separate appts. One for the initial cut and a follow up for color. When I arrived the salon was nice enough although I waited awhile for a 2:15 appt. When I met Koby she was nice enough. We discussed what my expectations for the appt were and got started with the cut. My haircut with Christine was disappointing. Christine spent about 10 minutes on some generic layering, and it was honestly the worst my hair has ever looked upon leaving a salon. I was in shock that I was being sent out in public like that. She insisted the layers would fall into place once they were wetted again. When they did "fall into place" later, my layers on one side are an inch lower than the other side, and look like stair steps. I'm tidying it up myself, but what a waste of $62. I want to start off with the positives. First, The lady that cut my hair was super kind. Second, there was no problem in the washing nor cutting process, it wasn't rushed nor harsh. But unfortunately, I just didn't get what I asked for. We first discussed what I wanted and I showed her two pictures which where at shoulder length. Instead, I got super short bob length hair. The first chop was the exact length I wanted but then it got shorter and shorter. I tried to love the cut after a few days but I think that I shouldn't have to try to love something I didn't ask for. This was my second visit to this salon. The first time was just a cut and this time cut and color both with Cat. They called and asked if I could come early the morning of my appt, I happily obliged. I was taken promptly, but she was not very personable during the appt so I figured she was having a bad/busy day. She colored and cut my hair and although it seemed fast it looked ok at the salon. I got home to realize my hair was uneven in several spot (see attached pics) and there was NO noticeable color on one side of my head. She also did my "face framing foilayage" with all my grey hair

I left a voice message a few days ago, but no one returned the call. Out of curiosity, I called again, and someone answered this time. Needing an appointment within a week's time, I asked about availability. The receptionist said they were booking four to six weeks in advance. Seemingly ignoring my time line, and the fact that I didn't even book an appointment, she quickly requested an email to send me a color questionnaire. Unfortunately, this salon did not INSPIRE.

Had an awesome experience here! Kolby, Regan, and Jenni (hope I spelled all their names right!) were welcoming and encouraging about the new look I wanted. Everyone was masked and the shop was beautiful, clean, had hand sanitizer, and clients were kept socially distanced. I wore my mask throughout.

Even during this time of COVID-19 the wonderful ladies of inspire salon go above and beyond to ensure that you are safe and comfortable.
The salon was clean, I saw the equipment consistently being sanitized after every customer, the products used on my hair felt fresh, the massage chair at the shampoo bar were a HUGE plus in my book, and the overall atmosphere allowed me to truly unwind in this busy and stressful world.

I found Angela on Instagram and thought her work was amazing. I reached out to her and it was easy to make an appointment. I was super, super nervous because I've never colored my hair before. She explained everything and the whole process, which made me more confident to make the change.
The day of the appointment, she was so nice and accommodating. She's a good conversationalist and I enjoyed our talks.
Now, honey... the hair turned out beautiful. Like... better than I imagined it to. I'm so glad I trusted Angela with my hair. I had a balayage down with a more natural blend.

Love this salon and have been going since growing out a pixie cut. I love the massage shampoo chairs. Other than amazing styling, I have learned about products that have helped tremendously with my scalp health. Recently I tried WBR extensions to switch up my look. They look so natural and are easy to maintain, the best part, they offer extensions in my natural hair pattern ! I was shown how to care for them and provided with amazing product recommendations for upkeep.

Terrible customer service! If I could rate this salon a 0 I would. Not only was the owner rude to my mother when she brought my son in for a hair cut but they also bullied her into an extra 40 dollars to cut his hair. The hair cut looked nothing like what she showed them to top it all off. DO NOT GO HERE! It is only about the bottom dollar for them. Not about your experience as a customer.

The service and quality of work has unfortunately drastically declined at this salon. On multiple occasions they incorrectly recorded my appointment times and each time I was not only forced to reschedule weeks out, but I was threatened with having to pay a cancellation fee the next time they mixed up my appointment. No apology, instead they insinuated I was lying and brought up a past cancellation (of which there was one in the multiple years I was their client) to somehow prove their point. I had been a loyal customer for years without issue so for them to behave this way was perplexing

This salon is literally perfect in every aspect you can think of, from the quality of work to the customer service there's nothing that isn't over the top, best service you'll ever receive.

I've been going to Elizabeth for 5 years now! I used to try to go a little longer between haircuts, but a good cut just feels SO good! Now I just schedule every cut before I leave. I've tried about every place in the area and I've appreciate so much how much attention she pays to me when I'm in her chair. She never rushes me or pushes me to try new styles. I also appreciate how she doesn't take off more length than I want. I've been to a lot of other hair dressers that will just cut off so much extra length and I'm shocked when I see it! Kathleen literally saved my bangs. I wanted to try out bangs for the summer and the the lady at another place gave me short bangs even though I asked for long ones( I even showed her a picture of what I wanted before she stared as well). I walked out looking like Lord Farquaad on my way to take over the 7 kingdoms

As someone who used her long hair as a security blanket, it was so hard for me to even think about getting a hair cut. Yeah, I know it sounds ridiculous. But my hair was the only thing that I felt like made me look pretty.
I've always wanted a long bob, but being told that short hair would never look good on me.. I could never do it.
After multiple bleaches and coloring, my hair was so dead and I knew I just had to cut it.
I called the salon and they were able to fit me in the same day! (Big plus for me)
And as I was heading my way to the salon, my stomach was churning.
When I arrived
