Reliance Laboratories has maintained continuous certification in the state of West Virginia since 1977. Our two laboratory facilities are both currently certified by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection and the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, Bureau for Public Health, under Certification of Laboratories to Conduct Drinking Water Tests.

Reliance normally maintains a regular staff of 15-20 employees with technical capability and experience in environmental chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, geology, microbiology, mathematics, statistics and project management.Each laboratory facility utilizes state of the art analyzers and instrumentation to ensure high quality analytical data and maximum sample capacity and turnaround.

Reliance Laboratories provides a wide range of bottles and containers to facilitate sample collection. Manual for the Certification of Laboratories Analyzing Drinking Water, 5th Edition, USEPA. Containers may be picked up from any of our facilities during regular office hours; Monday -Friday; 8 am to 5 pm.
Reliance Laboratories, Inc. is pleased to offer an Electronic Chain of Custody in a PDF Form.
