First of all, the Yelp average for this org does not reflect its well-loved reputation in the neighborhood Facebook group, SOMa Lounge. Second of all, add me to the list of people who thoroughly expected to buy a brand new garage door and instead only paid for a service call.
It seemed like everything was wrong with our ancient Craftsman opener, and the door wasn't doing much better. We put off the service call as long as possible, figuring the whole thing was a total loss anyway.
Finally, when I could barely even open the door manually, I caved and scheduled an estimate. Imagine my surprise

The tech showed up as scheduled. Rod was very professional and knowledgeable. One of the wheels kept coming off the track. He fixed the initial problem and was able to pinpoint why, and provided some preventative maintenance. Also explained everything he did. Price was very fair. I would definitely recommend.
