I've been burned in the past by employing some companies that have charged me premium prices for poorly done jobs while also having representatives with attitude problems, so I've learned to be in attendance and extremely attentive whenever I need something done these days.

I own a home in Short Hills and needed an overhead garage door opener installed in June of 2013. I called multiple service providers and several didn't call me back, or weren't helpful on the phone. Large national stores said that they'd take 2 weeks to get an installer out to see me. When I called Affina, the experience was quite different. David, the owner, explained what I needed to know, and laid out multiple options for me over the phone. He then came out himself to make an assessment of my garage, and offer me final pricing. He was able to come out the same day, which was great
