Drivers are trained and vetted by our professional staff. Criminal and vehicular background checks are done for each new employee before they even start. Like one of our drivers? Favorite him or her with our staff, and we'll do our best to line you up with them for future rides. My father's elder brother and his wife were in an assisted living center when we were just starting our company in 2011.

I wanted to give a shout out to Allegiance Transportation and our driver, Jeffery. We had never used transportation for my dad before but needed it while he was in transition care. Jeffery was professional, kind and efficient as he helped my dad to his appointment. It was a very snowy day, and he navigated the weather with ease. Allegiance quickly answers their phone and can give updates about driver location and time of arrival. We called them after dad’s doctor’s appointment because we finished early, and the car was already waiting for us downstairs. I highly recommend Allegiance.

My 97 year old Mom was given a ride from our home to a care provider. The driver was polite, kind, professional, and friendly. The driver arrived on time, wore a mask, and treated my Mom with dignity and respect. I’d highly recommend this company for senior transportation.

Who knew a transportation service would be one of the best experiences we have had in what has been a very difficult experience?! Allegiance Transportation has been kind, considerate, professional and efficient every step of our journey. We are so grateful for the TLC for our father -moving him from one place to home; and being so understanding when plans fell through due to his declining health. The service may be good but as an employer, I highly recommend you to seriously think twice. There's little to no communication between the owner and the co-owner which makes for a poor environment for employees to make decisions. One tells you one thing, the other tells you the opposite and your constantly stuck in the middle with no real direction or leadership

This company was always on-time and very reliable. They worked hard to squeeze in an unplanned return trip to a rehab facility even though they were booked. There is an automated call the day before that reminds you of the pick-up time as well as a text you can respond to confirm or cancel. Dispatcher is extremely nice. Staff took care to drive as smooth as they could to minimize bumps when they knew someone had extreme back pain.

Allegiance is absolutely the BEST wheelchair transportation company in the Twin Cities. The drivers are professional and kind. They will get you to where you are going, right up to the place you check in. They take several steps to make sure the wheelchair is secure during transportation. The vans are clean and in excellent condition. The customer service is first rate. From the owner to the drivers to their customer service, they treat people like family!

I had an excellent experience with Dan from Allegiance Transportation while transporting my dad from the hospital to a Transitional Rehab Facility. He was courteous and came on time and he drove well (unlike other drivers I've read reviews from other transportation companies). The vehicle was very clean, apparently it was brand new (only few days old). I would very well use Allegiance again for his next transport, if needed. Also, Tina (whom I got the quote from) was also pleasant.

I hired Allegiance to provide daily transport to and from a medical clinic over a period of six weeks. With those six weeks at an end I have only good things to say about this company and their drivers. The vehicles they use are reliable, clean, and safe. And all of the five or six drivers that we dealt with were: always on time, friendly, happy, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about best routes to and from.
