I've had work done twice now and both times were amazing. Everyone is always super friendly and honest. They really take the time to explain what is going on with the piece and what they are going to do to fix it. The prices are fair and the end result is always perfect. Would highly recommend reaching out about anything you might need done, you won't be disappointed.

Used Gerald's to set a loose stone I purchased. Went to check out the store due to great Facebook reviews and recommendations. Jerry and staff are very knowledgable, honest and friendly. Was able to find me a setting and quickly mount the stone on the premises. Love that the jewelry is completed in house. Highly recommend! Will be going back for future jewelry needs.

I am absolutely delighted over the work that Gerald has done on my antique ring. When I brought my ring in, Gerald showed me, under magnification, the damaged and worn parts of my ring. It was also missing a diamond. Gerald had my ring repaired in 2 days. He made my ring a priority after hearing that I had the ring at another local jeweler that kept my ring for a month and never even looked at it. It felt great to be heard and appreciated. Gerald is clearly a Master of his craft and is such a nice person. When I went to pick up my ring Gerald took the time to show me all the repairs under magnification

I have a tennis bracelet that was my mom’s, twice I went to Micheals Jewelers because I wanted to have a safety chain put on. Both times they charged me $100.00. Both times it broke. I took it to Geralds. He… took his time and showed me where the flaws were, correctly out on the safety and cleaned my moms bracelet. I appreciated him and his honesty and the fact that he only charged $50 for the fix I had him do addition work to fix the diamond brackets. He did a fantastic job, my moms bracelet looks brand new. I just can’t stop staring at it. Thank Gerald I will definitely be

I've been going to Geralds jewelers for years. I've referred them to many friends and family. The gentleman and one of his associates took photos of my prongs under a microscope. He then showed them to me before selling me prongs. That's my experience with them. Me and my family will be life time customers.

Went in to have the settings checked on a few pieces. I was told on one piece the prongs the tiny stone was set in was "ready to fall out." I was also told more a significantly higher additional cost, he could do a special cleaning. I opted for just the fixing of the setting. I was told it would only take a few days. After not hearing back beyond the promised date, I stopped by. I was told in an abrupt tone, "It's not finished." No apology, nothing about when it would be ready - nothing. So I took my piece back. Ironically, I was wearing it when I went to Jared's to get a watch bracelet sized.

I spent months of research ordered a ring off-line and ended up getting a bad ring!! I took it to Gerald The Jewler’s and he gave me the most amazing deal ever got a $20,000 ring for 2K!!!!! Thanks you so much for your guidance and helping me i just want my proposal to be perfect and now I’m so happy and know she will love this ring forever if I had a million dollars to spend I don’t think I could have bought a nicer ring!! I needed my rings resized and was nervous to have it done. I was referred to Gerald's Jewelers. I brought the rings in, and he explained my size is in between and did not want to go to big. He cleaned both… rings and they have not looked this good since we got married 16 years ago. It was a great price! He has found a new customer now! Thank You!!!
