I had to go to exchange and item for size yesterday. I thought this location closed at 7pm hence Google stating such when I looked it up only to find out they closed at 6pm. I got there at 5:45pm. They still helped me with my needs without any problem and took their time with me. The girls were so friendly and sweet as well. I had a nice time chatting with Robin who was great! I'd definitely recommend this location for all your Pandora needs.

Never shopping here again. I bought a charm a few weeks ago (wrong size) and they didn’t even have the decency to refund me or exchange. Now, I bought a ring about a year ago and one of the stones fell out. Went to the store to get a new ring (since THATS WHAT I WAS TOLD I COULD DO!) and the woman says “it was over a year, sorry!” And then the MANAGER doesn’t even have the decency to introduce herself to us, doesn’t even look at us- just talks to the associate who was helping us and whispers to her there’s nothing we can do. We purchased a ring in the Oxford Valley Mall store on Dec 16 for my daughter. We were kindly assisted in the store, completed the cash payment and received our package gift-wrapped to be opened on Christmas morning. As soon as it was opened, we noticed one of the small stones missing from the ring (the stone was still in the box.) We returned in person to the store on Friday, Dec 17. Although very helpful at first, once discovered that they did not have the same ring in theright size, the situation quickly worsened. We were first told by the assistant manager that they could not refund our purchase
