Booked a Penske moving truck via their website a week in advance for a local move and confirmed a day prior. When I arrived in the morning I was told they did not have my truck and I will have to drive to Amityville or Far Rockaway to get one. My move was all within a three mile radius of the Oceanside location and I did not have the time to drive all over Long Island and Queens to maybe get a truck. I was extremely disappointed and upset and the attitude behind the dirty disgusting counter was to bad and f-off.

Recently I needed my 1993 Pontiac Transport MiniVan to be toll away. It has been sitting in my backyard for over 10 years. I haven't started or driven the car since then. All four tires on the car are completely flat and cannot be inflated anymore. I have called many other toll truck companies and they all refused to remove the car for me because the van is parked 80 feet inside my backyard. If I wanted to get it toll then I have to bring it out to the street myself.

I'm disgusted and disappointed with
Novak Auto Corp
First they said they were coming st 6pm I got another phone call saying 8pm He finally shows up at 9:30 which I was willing to wait but once he started to talk to me so disrespectful. He told me to come outside and give him the paperwork. I said no you're to conduct business at my front door before you do anything
I was treated so disgustingly I feel bullied by him. He hooked up my car before even coming to my front door to discuss the transaction and he spoke nasty to me continuously throughout the transaction
