North Shore Recycling is an owner operated Family business that started on the north shore of Long Island. We are currently located in the Village of Freeport on the south shore of Long Island. North Shore Recycling has been recycling for over 60 years. We recycle all metal including ferrous and nonferrous metals.

Guy told me he had the parts I need which is a fender bumper headlight and hood now when I driver over a hour to get there a spanish guy telling me he only could sell me the whole nose not only the parts I need

Always fair and professional. They have workers there who always help sort out the scrap you bring. They always pay the most competitive prices. Most of the time there is little or no wait at all to cash in your scrap. It’s a pleasure going to North Shore 🙂

This place scammed me. Copper prices are very high and they only paid me one dollar a pound for 3/0 copper un stripped. Go somewhere else don’t waste your time, it’s a horrible feeling being ripped off and not being able to do anything about it

First and last time. They paid but not enough compared to anywhere ive been. Maybe they dont hold good contracts but the payouts were too low for me to ever return.
