Dr Kafura was extremely patient and thoroughly explained our dogs condition and possible medication changes. He is currently advising us of the changes that are needed. We have no complaints of any kind as to all of the employees at the Wind Lake Animal hospital, each and every single person was patient, helpful and very courteous.

According to the receptionist, I cannot have a phone consultation with an actual Veterinarian because my cat hasn’t been physically seen in 2 years, thanks to the virus and they changed their hours shortly after the pandemic. I can’t recall the details on the hours, regardless, my cat is the feisty and can snap. I had her at 4 weeks old.
