I have been taking my senior dog, Miller, to them for 13 years. Even when I moved out of Franklin (to Waukesha and then to Twin Lakes) I have kept him with them. The entire staff loves animals and cares about not only the pets but the owners too. I had to get Miller in to see a doctor quickly due intestinal distress. He wasn't able to see Dr. T but he was able to see another doctor. I received a call from Dr T a couple days later, AFTER business hours, wondering how Miller was doing. Thought that was the sweetest thing. Would highly recommend this vet to anyone!

Hi I took my dog for a appointment for fleas. They told me he didn’t have fleas as to finish the flea medication he was on. Then if I decided to put him on a different medication that they would prescribe it to me up to a full year.Well after a couple of months I tried to get a hold of the vet and no one would call me back to fill his medicine. After calling and waiting for 3 weeks They finally told me I would have to bring him in to see the new doctor and pay for another office visit.This was three months after I had already paid them for an office visit.They told me the new doctor won’t prescribe

First visit with our 9 week old maltipoo. Our sweet pup was very sick and they squeezed us in that day. This mama bear was very happy about that! The entire staff was wonderful! So caring and sweet. It was only our first visit but I would highly recommend them. Thanks so much for the wonderful care that Cody received! You guys and gals are AWESOME!
