Whether your venue requires you to have a licensed bartender present or you're looking to class up your party we want to make sure your guests have a safe and fun experience. Our experienced bartenders do their work quickly and with grace to ensure your bar is working at maximum efficiency. All of our bartenders possess a MAST12 permit and are covered by our $1 million liability insurance policy.

Threw a holiday party and Dawn from Party on the Rocks was AH-Mazing! I didn't have to worry about a thing during the party and just enjoy my guests. She refilled drinks and food, bussed, took out trash and even answered the door if I couldn't get there. Best part is I woke up the next day to a tidy house, not a nightmare! Such a great decision hiring Party on the Rocks!

We were required to hire a bartender for our wedding venue, and were lucky to find Party on the Rocks! Decided to add an additional staff person to help with food service and setup, and it was a GREAT decision. We also added some of their beverage extras (coffee, lemonade, etc), which was a big hit. Both of the Party on the Rocks folks were hard working and kind, and never stopped moving for the entire day. They kept the party going and we could not have done it without them. Worth every penny! WOW! Booking Party on the Rocks as event staff was one of THE BEST things I did for my wedding. I was a DIY bride to the max - we did all of our own music, decor, and made all of our own food for a 120 person wedding which included pre-ceremony snacks/refreshments/lawn games, cocktail hour, and dinner/reception. I ended up hiring 3 event staff to work 1pm-8pm and they were simply amazing. Super professional and hard workers with great attention to detail. Alec, Hillary, and Brandy, were invaluable additions to our wedding day. These guys were my saving grace! I was the sole planner for a company photo shoot with 200 people to organize. I showed up to the venue and started about my business, of course with a time crunch. As soon as Party on the Rocks showed up, they took control of the bar situation from start to finish, I literally did not have to worry about them in the slightest! I cannot tell you how helpful and amazing it is to have someone take on their responsibility and not need any sort of management to get things done. I had previously worked with Claire to host corporate happy hours and their team was always amazing. So when I was planning our wedding, I reached out to Claire right away. She responds quickly, is incredibly helpful (provided alcohol estimates on how much we should buy based on number of people attending), and their bartending staff are knowledgeable, professional and fun. At first when connecting with Claire over the phone, we were really excited to hire POTR for our wedding. Claire recommended we secure the highest tier of bartenders they provide as we had three different spirits and these bartenders would be equipped to make excellent craft cocktails.
As we got closer to our big day, it become harder to get a response from Claire via email (great at answering the phone, but lacked providing timely responses in writing). We had lots of questions

This company did an amazing job during our rehearsal job. We contracted a bartender and a lead event staff. They worked together and they were extremely professional. Communication was an issue with using Party on the Rocks for our wedding earlier this month. I spoke on the phone a few times with Claire and emailed with Alec but most of the time seemed to be left with more questions than answers. The amount of alcohol we bought, who provided what, what we needed to rent or buy or bring was probably the most stressful wedding decision we had. Not only was Maisie able and willing to still work the event, she was so fun to have at our party! She was enthusiastic about pride, and participated in our festivities where appropriate. Part on the Rocks did the event staffing and bar tending at our wedding. They were easy to work with leading up to the event and great at the event. The staff made sure that everything was set up and beautiful and did a great job getting dinner served to everyone quickly. At the bar they were equally awesome, we ran out of cups at the end of the night and they had some spares they quickly pulled out to keep things going smoothly. I would definitely recommend anyone work with them if they are looking for staff or bar tenders!

We hired Party on the Rocks for bartending and event staff services for our wedding and it was one of the easiest (and best) decisions we had to make for our planning! Claire was very responsive in our communication and answered a million of our questions - before and after contract was signed, so you know she really cares about her clients and business! We decided to use a drop-off catering and hiring event staff was the best decision because we didn't have to worry about setting the table, cleaning up and cutting the wedding cake! I'm really sad to write this poor review. The owners were really great when we first talked to them and we were super excited to have their company bartend our wedding. I don't like posting negative reviews until we call and talk about it with the company or business first, but my mom called (she was the one who paid for it), discussed it with the owner, and the owner was entirely un-sympathetic.
Neither of the owners showed up to the wedding, which was ok - because we trusted their choice in staff. But unfortunately, their was a loss in translation with our requests.

In an attempt to not break our wedding budget, we decided to provide our own alcohol for our August wedding, but our venue required a bartending company to serve. I am SO glad I found Party on the Rocks, who provided a bartender (Claire) and event staff person (Jan) that ensured our beverage service ran super smoothly!
