Luxury Limo was very professional and easy to work with. We were able to schedule right over the phone.
Our drivers were friendly and not on time, but early! Sonny and Garry took great care of our family, and really helped us enjoy our evening, stress free. Such fantastic service. Would use again, highly recommend.

I called SO many limo companies in Seattle. Of the very few companies that even answered the phone, Luxury limos had the cheapest quote by far (it was half of a different competing company, which I was shocked!).
I worked with Sona, who was super responsive via text and enthusiastic to making a limo rental work for my event which once again is pretty different than all the other companies I had contacted.
The limo driver was super prompt, really friendly and accomodating, and easy to work with.
Would absolutely use them again.

We got a ride to and from the airport, Jody picked us up and arrived early to help us with our bags. The drive was comfortable and relaxing. Sonny picked us up at the airport and drove us home, another relaxing drive. I liked that they did not seem to be in a hurry to get us to our destination by cutting people off or driving like crazy people as we had experienced elsewhere. We will definitely use you again.

SAVED PROM! Our high school kids' original plans fell through and we were desperate to arrange a spectacular limo experience with very little advance notice. We sent requests to a bunch of providers on Yelp, and Sona from Luxury Limo was quick and consistent with detailed responses, doing everything possible to work with us. We ended up booking Jordan for the Hummer Stretch, and the kids had an amazing, memorable evening-- and we parents could rest easy knowing the kids had reliable (and fun!) transport. Had a great time . Only thing that upset me is that even though they charged me gratuity turns out they don't pay gratuity to the driver . Those drivers works hard and they deserve a tip. So I paid gratuity twice I wasn't happy about that but the driver deserve it . Next time you book a limo make sure you ask to pay tip in person . Other then that it was a good time .

Travis our driver arrived right on time, we rented a 36 person bus for a school dance for 4 hours. Travis had a talk with the kids about the bus rules and then they were on their way for a tour of Seattle. The bus was clean, with lot's of lights and a loud sound system and stocked with plenty of water. Great customer service and competitive pricing.

This company is outstanding! I rented the Hummer Limo for my daughter's wedding on July 15th. Sunny was excellent to work with and communicated with me every step of the way. Their prices our competitive, their vehicles are perfect, and the service levels are simply superior to their competition. These nice folks are not dispatchers like so many other limo companies; they actually own their vehicles and you can feel confident that they will show up when they are supposed to and will deliver excellent service throughout the entire engagement.

It was our first time booking a limo, and of course it was for our wedding. Gary is so great! He was our driver and always on time and very professional. We booked with a gentleman, Sunny (I think that's how you spell, sorry if it's wrong). He is very nice and accommodating. He will make it work! It was a pleasure working with these two. I would definitely recommend working with this company because of how reliable, professional, and accommodating they are!!!

Our driver was 45 minutes late, which made everything else in the day run behind. He did not even apologize for being late or anything. I don't know his name unfortunately but the guy did not say a word! We asked him if he could help setting up the aux cord for us, which he didn't know how to do.
Throughout the whole process, it was really hard to get in contact with some to discuss timeline and locations of the wedding..

I booked the Hummer Limo for our New Years event in Seattle. Our driver, Gary, was very professional, patient, and hospitable. We were supposed to leave at 7:30pm with our group of 18, unfortunately, some people were a little late and we didn't leave until 7:45pm and Gary was very understanding of the situation and did not charge for the extra wait time. The limo was clean, fit everyone comfortably, champagne glasses and cocktail glasses were ready for us, and the sound system was perfect! We were dropped off and we designated a pick up location, which Gary was at precisely where and when

We used Luxury Limousine for our wedding. We had 6 people, all seated very comfortably in the C300 style. The interior had fun features like starlight ceiling, leopard print cloth, and a bar area with champagne flutes.
The driver was prompt (unlike other town car/limo services here in Seattle), he was 5 minutes early and patiently waited for us. He even made a quick stop to the mini mart so we could buy more drinks at the end of the evening. He made parking a huge limo look effortless.

Luxury Limo of Seattle is literally the greatest! They've been there for birthday parties, nights out on the town and more! My limo experience was a little tight spaced and squished but no one complained! The driver made it a lot of fun and was willing to go anywhere and stopped when needed! Some people made a mess the first time but the driver was so helpful as to help clean even though that wasn't his job!

We used their service for a special family day going to the Lion King with 15 of us. They were on time, car was clean. Their driver got us there with a scenic route because we had extra time. He was there and waiting when the theatre was over, took us to our Italian restaurant, waited for us and took us home. He was very friendly and always on time. I would recommend them.

I have used Luxury Limousine multiple times now & continue to be impressed with the quality of service they provide. From pick-up to drop-off, they have easily been the best limo & town-car service I have dealt with, as their customer service is always on-point. The town-cars I have used in transit to work events have always been prestine, the drivers have been professional, and after I have returned to use their limo services they have always over-delivered. I highly recommend these guys!!

After doing a some research on limo services I realized that Luxury Limo had the best prices per hour. So I hired their service for a company night out in town. The limo arrived to our location 10 mins before the given time. The service and our driver was very professional. The limo was very clean and comfortable which I have noticed in the past can be a problem. Overall I had a really good experience with their service and would definitely hire them again in the future.

We got the ford excursion limo for my friend's birthday recently (not generally a fan of the way SUV limos look, but we had too many people for a normal stretch). I decided to go with them because they had the best price in for limos that would hold 12-15 people ($120/hour instead of $150/hour, and they have a 3 hour min while many places had a 4 hour min). I was a somewhat worried since they didn't have any reviews yet, but everything turned out ok, and I would definitely use them again if I needed another limo for whatever reason.
