They were very professional and willing to work with in my schedule. The job was not only done in the timeline they gave me, my truck was a done a day ahead of schedule. When you go to the best, you do not need to bother with the rest. They are so detailed in there estimates it is so appreciative. Also, the exchange to get a rental on-site is also so convenient and pleasant. Why would you go anywhere else? Unfortunately, this is my third time coming but when I leave my car looks new.

Highly recommend Peter's Body Shop for any automotive business. I just got my car back and it looks brand new! They even cleaned the entire inside and left a little flower on my dashboard. Although it did take a bit longer to get my car back than I expected, they kept me updated every day through out the entire process reassuring me what was going on. I am more than happy with the end result.

Scheduled me in right away and the work was done quicker than they anticipated. The work was perfect and they made me feel important as a customer. They were a prefered repair location by the insurance of the individual who hit my SUV. From the jump, very professional, kind staff. Set expectations of turnaround time. Had several other customers in front both dropping off & picking up my vehicle- showed me they were reputable. Also put me in a loaner for the day. Very impressed. Front quarter panel looks great! And they performed a complimentary detail of my vehicle. If I ever need work done on my own, definitely going there.

We are so impressed with this business. Two of our neighbors recommended it to us and we are very glad we went with their recommendation. The staff is very customer friendly, listening well and answering all questions. When we picked up the car, there was no sign of the original damage. Highly recommend!

After a collision with a construction barrel on I83, I didn't want to go through my insurance for the repairs. I got several estamates from other body shops and they all wanted to replace the front bumper… without trying to save it. Costing me hundreds of more of dollars that I was paying for out of pocket.
Josh, from Peters' Body Shop wrote two estimates. The first estimate trying to repair and save the bumper and a second estimate for the cost of new bumper.

Fortunately, these ladies and gentlemen are still open and taking care of it's customers.
I came in for an estimate. There is a sign on the locked door telling me to call them, I did. Within 1-2 minutes, someone was masked with gloves on and at my vehicle. He took a few pictures and explained the next steps.
When the parts were ordered, I was notified. When the parts arrived, I was notified. The day before my appointment, I was contacted to confirm the appointment time.

I bought a brand new Jeep and not even 3 weeks into having the car, I was rear ended at a red light. I was told to take it to Peter's. They had an appointment within 2 days. They looked at it right away and had an estimate the same day! The very next day, work began. Josh has been AMAZING with keeping in touch and keeping me posted every step of the way with either phone calls or text messages. He made sure that all parts were factory and not after market since the car is only 3 weeks old. Excellent service/repairs and prices were fair. Cant speak highly enough about their services there. The staff was friendly and courteous, Enterprise is located right inside the office which was a huge timesaver. AND the car came back sparkling clean-- bonus I wasn't expecting considering I left them with a cracker covered "toddler car"! It even had a flower on the dash. So happy I decided to drive a bit further out for their services. We will definitely be repeat customers!

We had a deer jump out onto the front driver side of our car on a dark & rainy night. The car was still drive-able to home less than 2 miles away, so the next day we took the car to Peter's body shop. I live nearby and drive by Peter's body-shop several days a week, so I know they do a good business there as well as have a towing shop there too. Greg and his team were great, we had our 2 year old RAV 4 car repaired to like new condition in the time they promised. His team was most knowledgeable and helpful during the entire repair. The communication regarding the status of the repair and the timing for pick-up was ongoing. Several of the people who work there are part of the family and it shows. The customer service is outstanding is the quality of the work. They take you through every step of the repair work and why they did what they did. They work directly with GEICO and a Enterprise Rental Car. All parts of the process were seamless

Very nice experience. Automobile was done at the time promised. The repair job was immaculate. And the cost came in as estimated. But to be honest, this is what you should expect when you pay someone for service.

I am happy with the work they did with my car. But more important than that, they treated me like an inside friend. Shortly before my appointment I became seriously ill. They rescheduled me and made it so that my car was ready when I was disc from the hospital. They cared about me! I strongly recommend them. 5 Star!

This shop is amazing! Super professional and clean. I was a mess when I dropped off my car after my accident. Peters staff was amazing letting me know just how they were going to fix my car. They completely took care of my insurance so I didn't have to worry about it. When I went to pick up my car when it was done they even left a flower and card on my dash!

Had my car in the shop for a scratch on my bumper. They def got me as a perm customer. They ended up finishing it on the day they promised and even washed/polished it for me. To my surprise they ended up giving me a coupon and a flower, something unexpected but def appreciated. They had the best customer service. Recommending to people I know now!!!!

I hate and am almost phobic when it comes to car repairs. This place put those fears to rest. It was a relatively minor repair, though did involve replacing a bumper. They were upfront and honest with me. They kept me updated on how the work was progressing via text messages. They were incredibly fast and courteous. They finished within the time frame they gave me when I first brought my car in.
The quality of work was outstanding. My car came back clean and looking great. I won't go anywhere else for body work ever again!
