Big fan of Katz tires. Been buying tires from these folks since the 90s. Hard to find a better price around.

I recommend this tire shop all the way thy are all hard workers and thy get you anything you need if they can if you need tire work call on Katz tires

Called and ask the guy working how much for new valve stems ? Was quoted 15 to 25 per tire depending on if they have a sensor or not . So I go 2 days later and the guy says 65 per tire. That's a huge difference, the guy seemed annoyed I was there in the first place . They need to fix the parking lot looks like the surface of the moon . I mean why buy tires or rims there when you got a good chance of messing them up before you even leave the lot. Sad too I heard a lot of good things about them .

I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Great product at a very affordable and reasonable price. Excellent service with old fashioned customer service, if you need new or used tires check them out.

I will always get my tires here … they ordered my tires had them first thing in the morning on Saturday… no wait like the other tire places in Lancaster… didn’t try to sell me everything but the tires lol… they had a lot of knowledge on what tires were best for my vehicle … I was in and out in no time …. The pricing beat any competitor in town … love this place and will be back .

I went in and let them know i needed two back tires . They had them in stock and on my car within 15 minutes. Great service. I will definitely be back to get my front tires replaced as well. Thank you for everything

Do NOT buy tires from Katz.

They sold me a tire with a sidewall defect. I had the tires for just over a month. They ordered a replacement and put on my car and then proceeded to say I owed them money for the replacement.
I told them they sold me a defective tire in the first place and I'm not paying.

The manager sent me a text saying they called the cops.

I've been coming here for 7 years and have brought all my cars here for new tires. Never again.

Repeat DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM KATZ.

Great experience! Would recommend & will be coming back if any future problems arise. I found a flat tire in the morning during work. I called them during my lunch break & they recommended I come in. Unfortunately the tire had to be replaced, but they were able to get everything done before my lunch break was over (probably took 10-15 minutes)! Their staff was extremely responsive, quick, efficient, knowledgable, and polite. Prices are competitive & they did not try to upsell me or make me buy unnecessary things. I normally don't write reviews, but they really deserve it

I needed 4 tires for my ‘02 Accord. I called ahead and confirmed that they had the size I needed and what time I would need to arrive in order to allow them enough time to get the work done. When I arrived, they were just finishing up with another customer, and I happened to be next. All told, I was there about 20 minutes, and the price was very reasonable. My wife and I have been loyal Katz customers for close to 10 years now and have utilized several locations.

Friendly service, quick installation and competitive pricing. We were in and out in about 20min for four brand new tires swapped out.

Had a nail in tire and needed to get it plugged.


Pros: dude didn't even charge me! He said he was feeling good today!!! Ha ha ha cant beat that feeling!!! But, its been a few days since the plug and it has held up so no major problems! I was able to get in same dat. I called another tire place and they were behind a few days.

Best tire place in the city. Quick, efficient, and low cost. Always friendly workers. I got my tire patched yesterday all in about 10/15 minutes while staying in my car. You don't have to deal with the hassle of needing an appointment and sitting in a waiting room for an hour or having to drop off your car. Katz is the only place I'll be going from now on.

They took care of me in less than 10 minutes!! What a relief! I thought I was gonna have to wait for a while to get my tire fixed. Thanks guys, you rock!! :)

I bought a used car a month ago, and after a week or so, the TPS started beeping. I stopped at a gas station and discovered that *both* rear tires were down below 20 PSI. I filled them up, and a week later, the same thing happened. What weirded me out is that it was both tires, and both were slowly losing pressure at the same rate. Since it was a used car, I figured the tires might have been old or not taken care of properly, and spent a few days pricing out new tires. I will never use these guys again, they sold me tires that clearly have an issue. I even went with the upgrade option and yet less than a third of the way through the lifespan I need new tires and they really tried to tell me that was completely normal. Really? I'll be shopping else where from now on. These guys are a waste of time and clearly do not stand behind their products.

I had a nail in my tire and came here to see if they could fix it. My tire was fixed, filled back up, paid for and I was back in my car exactly 12 minutes after I pulled in.
And they only charged me $10.00.

My tire was slashed and I got a tow to Katz. They got my car in the garage and my tire completely replaced in around 45 minutes even with a full lot of cars. I got a used tire to replace and they had my exact size in a great Bridgestone tire. I was very happy with the entire process. I would highly recommend Katz for your tire needs!

Absolutely amazing, got my set of Rim here and guys here were helpful. The price for the rims & labor was good as the rim was beautiful and looks nice on my car.

I had a tire with a slow leak. It was so cold outside that I was putting it off and just filling it up every week. But the colder it got the faster it would drain. So I knew that I would have to get this done really soon. So I asked for recommendations on Facebook for a good place to get cheap but good used tires. Katz was recommended to me the most. And it was close to home so I knew where I was going.

I asked for a quote on the job and to make sure they had the right sized tires. The person who responded to me was nice and let me know they could possible save me even more money by just repairing

First Star: Came in without an appointment today at about 2:15pm. My dealership required an appointment - the next day.

Second Star: 35 minutes from pulling in to back on the road. My dealership quoted me an hour plus for service.

Third Star: The really nice older man who got everything set up was super nice and had a really good sense of humor. My dealership sounded like they were annoyed when they were talking to me on the phone.

Fourth Star: $150 plus tax got me two new tires -balancing included
