The guy caught an imbalance problem when he did the alignment and it was corrected. That's very good of him. As I was waiting in the lobby, someone on the phone was asking if the tires were made in America. The associate asked another worker, and he said "I don't know, just tell the guy that they are made here" and he laughed. Then....i heard a guy at a desk yelling at one of the other associates saying "you told me it's full now, but you said that yesterday, but it's not full." So they went back n forth and the associate tried to back out of his lie. The guy at the desk told him to get out of
