Update: This visit was much better. I had made an appointment a few days before I was scheduled to go in..hate calling last minute obviously during the holidays nail shops are extremely busy! Amy is my go-to nail tech since Joanne (longtime friend & shop owner) no longer does nails.
Amy is awesome, she’s good at what she does always exceeds my expectations with my gel pedicures & gel manicure. I never feel rushed which is a plus when you’re dropping some bucks! I gave 4 stars because there’s always room for improvement!!

I scheduled an appointment for me & a child. We requested polish change for hands & feet. They changed the color that we wanted (as we wanted matching colors). The nail tech messed up my color in which I asked her to redo the nail & she said, “it’ll be fine with the top coat” she wouldn’t trim my nails when asked (only filed them) she was rude & wouldn't accommodate any request we had. This was suppose to be a special day & their lack of professionalism made it a nightmare. We refused the rest of our appointment (toes painted) because they wouldn’t fix the mistakes they made. I went in with my friend for her birthday (booked an appointment for both of us, right when they opened). I waited THIRTY minutes and skipped my own pedicure to get my toenails just painted (we were on a time frame to get to her surprise party).
They charged me ***$240*** for her mani/pedi, me for only toenail polish and acrylics. that was WAAAAY overcharge since I didn't even GET a pedicure (that I had scheduled AHEAD of time). great work, but charged me for service I DIDN'T get. I had honestly forgot until I got home and felt my calloused feet that I never got a pedicure but paid nearly $300

My service was rushed. imagine the lady beside me was helped first and i waited almost 20 mins but we finished same time😒🤬… i dont care if you are busy, i came to have my toe nails cleaned, but what i get is the same just cut the nails cut some cuticles and thats it… i was just observing one foot 1 minute boom done…. plus she wasn’t paying attention on what she’s doing, my nails are not cleaned properly. is this deluxe????look at the pic how she cut my nails, the cuticles are not cleaned…soooo disappointed… i always come to this place but not a single time i was satisfied with

The lady who did my nails was nice but my nails look awful. I asked for pink nails and the shape is PERFECT, but she didn't even paint my nails afterwards so I have see through nails. She sent me off without curing my nails so my acrylics are also bendy. They're crooked and lumpy. And then she charged me 50 dollars! Must have been the end of her shift. 🤷 So disappointing.

Went on Thursday August 6, Didn't get the name of the person who did my nails but she cut my cuticles alil too much and it started bleeding. All I got was an i'm so sorry. My ring finger is still stinging cuz cuticles waa cut too much. Nails are ok looking but not what I was expecting. While drying my nails another customer was getting a pedi and I guess the person doing her toes did the same thing cuz her toes was bleeding too... store was clean and all but service needs work.
