We love SHINE. We just had a claim after a tree limb fell and hit our car. Filing the claim took minutes, no tranfering me to that dept or this dept. I was notified quickly via text on all the next steps, which made it super convenient with our busy schedules.
We appreciated the friendly check-in from Jeremy and Team Shine, just making sure we were in good shape, at the beginning and immediately following the service.
The Caliber Collision Center team was also incredible. Excellent communication and follow-through and with a smile! Our work was done earlier than expected too!

Jeremy and his team have been wonderful in providing me competitive quotes, efficient service (eg, when my car got broken into), and overall prompt communication for my property, car, and home renter insurances. They care about customers' need and priorities and try their best to clients first. I especially appreciate his team's prompt and warm email replies especially in several emergency situations. SHINE has a fantastic reputation in town and I highly recommend them.

And then you go out into the cold, hard world and are exposed to the full extent of mankind. And you realize that your parents weren’t just good, they were great. And you want to call them up and be like, “OMG, I had no idea. Thank you. Thank you so much.”
