Allstate Steel has the expertise, experience, and commitment to deliver a quality structural steel system on time, safely, and within budget.
At Allstate Steel Company, we believe our employees are our biggest asset. We have a strong commitment to ensure safe working conditions. For this reason, we follow the STEPS program, which stands for "Striving Toward Excellence and Professionalism in Safety." To maintain the safest fabrication shop and job sites, we have instituted three principles: education, identification, and empowerment.
Quality control is a primary focus of Allstate Steel. Our team includes our Quality Control Managers Jerry Wiley and Dan Darcey. Both gentlemen oversee all of the quality control and improvement functions. Jerry has been an AWS certified welding inspector (CWI) since 2003, and has been working in the structural steel fabrication industry since 1992.
Allstate's experience and ability added value to the customer during both the preconstruction and operations phases of the project. Most importantly, Allstate executed the work in a safe manner, consistently meeting all safety requirements and goals. Some of the project challenges the team overcame, aided by Allstate's efforts, include unique design elements, logistics, and budget constraints.
