I was a business tenant of Thomas Reality Group for about ten years. Be very careful to watch the Com/Cap statement that they issue to makeup for any tax or insurance fees. On paper only my store square footage grew from 12.1% to 16.36%. This is a couple of thousand dollars difference. When I confronted Thomas Realty Group on the issue I was blown off and told they were not able to resolve it.
