Service was great.. Everyone was very helpful and patient.. They made this experience very simple, they took care of everything in such a short notice. Randy was great he made sure everything was taken care of and gave us the time we needed with our mom..
Spoke to Aaron and he was great, gave me information that was very helpful advised what we needed to do and what paperwork needed to be completed. He gave me the time i needed to make sure everything was taken care off.... thank you so much

We had a wonderful experience with Midlothian Funeral Home. The director, Randy, really helped us through my father-in-law’s funeral. He was always available to us. And Kathy with “Aftercare” was outstanding. She was so helpful and answered all of our questions about what to do after his passing. It meant a lot to have such amazing people assisting us during this very difficult time.

Randy and his staff were exceptional. We were walked through the process and they made everything very easy. The viewing and memorial went smoothly thanks to their direction. The burial was at the DFW National Cemetery, since we had never been there before Randy educated us on the process. So very thankful to the Midlothian Funeral Home. In addition spoke with Cherisse Alexander from the after care team and she was so very helpful. Cherisse went over a list of items to be taken care of for my brother, Johnny. She actually handled some of the items for me. She explained they were available to help
