Horrible office to deal with, every time I called to speak to someone they were very unprofessional, specifically one time the woman kept hacking on the phone and putting the phone down to continue hacking. They are rude, shady, slimy and don't work with you at all. Even if you call them and give them updates as to your situation and what your payment plan is, they will continue to call and harass you. I'll never put myself in this situation again because I NEVER want to deal with an office like this poor excuse of one.

Zero stars. They advertise themselves as willing to settle. They even show that as an option on their main site. They don't. At least not with a woman. Not willing to work with you at all. Unless they just singled me out. Which is really soul crashing. Most credit collectors are willing to do something to help out, not these guys.

As a bankruptcy attorney, my office has the opportunity to work with the garnishment department at Gordon Aylworth & Tami , PC quite often. Predictably, when you are on the receiving end of a collection it isn't likely to be an enjoyable experience, but those who file bankruptcy are able to recover all of the funds that have been garnished in the 90 days before their bankruptcy case is filed.
We have been extremely impressed with the helpfulness and professionalism of Ms. Hand in the garnishment department. My paralegal can't stop raving about how helpful ms. Hand is and how pleasant their office

I ended up having to "fight" a debt I owed in court.. Ms. Tami (of Gordon, Aylworth &Tami (GAT) Lawyer) was there as the Lawyer. She sat me down and asked me some questions, we talked and came up with a more than agreeable and fair solution! I felt she was caring of my situation and more than helpful in getting it settled quickly and with as little aggravation and confusion as anyone could have! I highly recommend calling (or answering) them as soon as possible and just explain your situation.. I believe they will treat you as fairly and as courteously as they did I. Specifically Ms Tami. Thank

Through my own fault, I had no idea they owned my debt. I got surprised with a summons a little over a week ago. Obviously I was angry wondering what the hell was going. I came here and read terrible reviews and figured they would not work with me since it was already taken to the court. I was wrong. They were very friendly and worked out a great payment plan. I could’ve filed for bankruptcy, but them being so understanding made me not go that route. Very surprised with this experience. If you get a letter from them, don’t be scared or angry. Just call them and they’ll be able to help you

Their Customer Support Team is wonderful. They will work with you. But don't try and negotiate you debt down, that's where the buck stops. They even charged me a$150 filing fee to serve me papers. They will gouge you on that. Other wise pretty solid firm.

I was called by a guy for what I'm assuming was to be a phone interview. I've been applying rapidly because it's important I find a job soon. (Indeed makes it easy to do that). So when he called and told me the company I couldn't remember off the top of my head what position I applied for. So I asked and he just repeated the company name. I asked if it was for front desk receptionist and apologized that I had been applying for a lot of jobs. He quickly got a rude attitude with me and said no that it was for debt collection. Told me "thanks for your time and have a good one." He was VERY short with
