Great bedside manner and very friendly (both the front desk and Dr. Chan). I felt the appointment was very thorough and not rushed especially for a Friday evening. Everything was explained to me very well. He actually listened and asked a lot of questions to understand my issues and I felt like he values his patients. I am very glad I switched to Dr. Chan.

Dr. Chan is an excellent doctor. My family and I have been his patients since he opened his practice. Two years ago, I suffered from severe dry eyes that was so painful I couldn’t open both eyes. Dr. Chan immediately put me on a daily regime that I continue to practice and haven’t had dry eyes since. My family and I highly recommend Dr. Chan. He’s patient, super smart, and takes really great care of his patients.

Great Dr. with incredible patience for my second grader. The assistant also has incredible patience! We got 2 pairs of glasses for a reasonable price and my child loves both! He actually is wearing them :-) - They were patient with me too. As an adult I hope I was easier to work with. I didn't get distracted. The service is more personal than a box store, and the quality of the glasses are also better than a box store.

I have been seeing Dr Chan ever since I moved to this area. I can't say enough good things about him.
Historically my eyes have been challenging for optometrists to refract due to astigmatism. Dr Chan came highly recommended because of his training. I have found that faith in him well founded.
I also enjoy him as a person. He is intensely focused during an exam, which is extensive to be extra thorough. Along with that he is a deeply caring and kind person.
