On my search to get the car I want, I went to multiple dealers before coming to 5 Towns Drive. The other dealers had a bunch of hidden costs and one even wanted me to compete with another customer to buy - who is willing to pay the highest price. The reason I chose to buy from 5 Town Drive was that they were upfront with their pricing and everyone I came in contact with here was friendly and knowledgeable. I love my car!

After 7 months the minivan shutoff. And we thought after $1,000 in repairs the van would run in properly. The 9 month of purchase the ac stopped working. $160 for that repair. Two months ago it was jerking and wouldn't accelerate. So we paid $630 to stop the o2 leak. We maxed out our tows with AAA. Worst purchase. Now I drive it local and don't keep it running for too long. But it shut off again yesterday. It's been two years of hell and tooMany visits to the mechanic. And I told Mo I need something reliable to drive my 5 kids in. I spoke with a Nissan Quest owner. He said his van

This dealership is completely useless - cannot even get the salesman and finance manager to communicate. DON'T GO HERE! If they cannot even manage THE SELL process on a car; imagine how they treat customers AFTER a sale (if there were a problem)! The owner is clearly asleep at the wheel with this staff.

I had a terrible experience with the team at 5 Town. First, when I came to see the vehicle I wanted it was filthy on the inside and filled with dog hair everywhere. Also, Randy who helped offered to allow me to get liability insurance only if I bought a new car without listing the lien holder which is insurance fraud. That should've given me a sign not to conduct business with them but Randy who helped me was super nice and I found out it was a family owned business. I let them know I would be in touch if I was interested in the car. I called on Thursday and the vehicle was still available

Financed my car with 5 towns drive. They showed me a lot of different cars for my price range and were patient with me cuz I had a lot of questions! Once I made my choice (2016 Audi) they actually gave me a price lower than I expected. It's been a month and the car drives perfect! Definitely a great experience for a new car buyer.

Just came back after three years to purchase another car and I had a great experience yet again. I originally purchased 2011 Nissan Maxima few years back from Andy and Abe and never had a problem with my vehicle. Now I'm rolling in a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I am absolutely satisfied. The car was super clean, low mileage and clean history. Because I am a returning customer I was ablee to get a great deal. Thank you again Andy and Abe.

Just Purchased a 2018 Cadillac Escalade low miles super clean for about 4k less than anywhere in a 250 mile ratio. I did all my research pinpointed this SUV. I went down and a salesman named Abe helped. He was very knowledgeable about the Escalade. I got a great price and they also got me a lower interest rate then I was preapproved for they my own bank. They detailed the car and filled it up with gas! I was in and out in less than 2 hours. I got to say this was best car buying experience ever. Thanks Abe and thank you to the entire staff.

Bait and Switch... I drove 45 miles to go see a used car. The car was on the lot (not always the case with some dealers) and I tried to buy it. The advertised price of $13.5k was simply a lure to get buyers onto the lot. The real purchase price was $17.3k plus taxes and fees bringing the total price to $19.3k. I'm not impressed!

Wow... They advertised a 2014 suburban for $17,998. I called and when I got there, they tell me the car is in Brooklyn and wont be back for 2 days. Apparently I just missed it and its probably sold anyway by some guy that came in an hour earlier. They then show me a Cadillac Escalade that's advertised for $15,998 as their internet price on their website. I test drove it and then went to speak to the manager in the office who proceeded to tell me that the overall total would be 24,900. That price also included them taking my car as a trade-in. I said no and he kept verbally firing off different

Shady...Don't fall for the manager's special or internet special prices!!! That is for in-house financing and 30% down payment. Even if you come in with your own cash! You can't get that price without getting their financing. Not cool, not cool at all...bad business practices. A complete waste of time!!! Told me I might could let it go for $19500...What happened to the internet price? SHADY!!!!

Don't go here, its a scam. The online prices are not true at all.

When you get there, they will say that the online price is the price that's to be financed and then you've to pay an additional 30% of it's retail price as downpayment.

Don't waste your time going all the way there. Huge scam!
