If you are thinking about what caterer to use for your wedding or event, do yourself a favor and book Jeff and his team! From start to finish, Jeff was amazing to work with, very communicative, and straight forward with his offerings. On top of that, the food was AMAZING! We had several guests reach out to us after our wedding to say how delicious the food was. Jeff also offers the option of ordering linens through him, which was a major cost and time saver. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Jeff and his team catered our wedding on 11/6/21 at a private residence. Due to the pandemic we didn't have a chance to do a tasting with Jeff but man...the food he cooked went above and beyond what my husband and I had envisioned. Jeff is so personable and makes you feel very comfortable all the up to your big event. We had some of the best tri-tip, lemon chicken and mashed potatoes we had ever had. Our guest could not stop talking about the quality of food to us at the wedding.

Jeff and his team catered our wedding at Guglielmo winery, and the food was amazing. Everyone was ranting and raving about every aspect of the food. We had bacon wrapped shrimp, fig & Brie crostini, and feta spinach spanakopita for appetizers. For dinner we had mixed green salad, angus tri tip, grilled Atlantic Salmon, garlic mashed potatoes (too die for), mixed veggies, and a pesto cream sauce tortellini. Everything on our menu we chose tasted sooo good.

We used Fire4Hire at our August wedding at Kirigin Cellars. Leading up to the wedding, we told the coordinators at Kirigin that we would be using Jeff with Fire4Hire for the catering. We had a wedding recently at Guglielmo Winery. We had before the pandemic a catering set up with another vendor. When it came time to visit them again a year later we were not impressed. So Guglielmo reached out to Jeff. Now they don't do tastings, but under the circumstances he made it happen. And OH MY GOD! Everything he makes is mouth watering! Jeff and his crew catered our 225+ person wedding. The guests are still talking about the delicious steak, chicken, veggies, mashed potatoes, rolls and salad! We also served bruschetta, spanakopita, chips and salsa, and shrimp cocktails as appetizers. The food was hot and delicious, the staff was polite and professional (even down to matching uniforms), and the Covid-19 safety precautions were top priority. We used Jeff to cater our office "Christmas" party that had to be rescheduled due to COVID. We were a group of 19, and had the BEST time. Jeff showed up and cooked right on-site at the house. We had hors d'oeuvres passed around while we all mingled. The Brie crostini and lamb lollipops were amazing. I can not recommend the beef short rib enough. I just hired Jeff and his team for a small backyard wedding this past weekend and the one thing I am still getting calls about is the food!! Everything was so delicious from the apps (bacon wrapped shrimp and meatballs) to the main entree and roasted veggies. Every single item was tasty and amazing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jeff and his crew. We booked them for our small wedding at our home with less than two months notice. They were so professional. Jeff definitely went above and beyond what we had expected. Truly amazing! The food was superb and the guests, including our picky kids, raved about how delicious the salmon was! I personally loved the salad. The veggies were cooked to perfection, and the pasta was delicious! It was so beautifully set up and made us feel like we were at a real wedding venue. Fire 4 Hire catered my wedding at Kirigin Cellars. I could not be happier with the food (quality, taste, execution) and the staff. Jeff was incredible to work with and his staff were professional, safe (Hello, COVID), and attentive. I got tons of compliments on the food from family and friends and while I didn't eat much at the actual wedding, Jeff packed me up a doggy bag and I absolutely crushed the mashed potatoes when I got back to the hotel.

After finding that there was not one negative review anywhere, we hired Fire 4 Hire originally for our wedding in June. The reviews indicated that this was as perfect as catering could get. Jeff was professional and detail-oriented as we planned our wedding menu.

My company hired Fire 4 Hire Catering for a luncheon and everyone loved the food. I first experienced Fire 4 Hire at a wedding I attended, so I did not hesitate to recommend Fire 4 Hire when my mother asked me for catering suggestions. The tortellini is fabulous.
Jeff is very responsive and very helpful in creating the perfect menu that would appeal to the guests. It worked well with our budget, too. His team is great to work with all together. They arrived a bit earlier before their given ETA to get a start on set up.

Fire for Hire catered our wedding and they did a phenomenal job. Jeff was amazing to work with. Even though we were planning our wedding from across the county, he always made time to see us when we were back in California. He worked with us on every detail, ranging from the menu to the tablecloths and dishware. The day of the wedding went so smoothly, and the food was absolutely delicious.
