Everyone at MCO is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have my second son in braces and never feel pressured as far as appointment times and payments. I can’t forget to mention the Dippin’ Dots after each visit. I’ve yet to have any negative feedback with the few appointments I’ve mistakenly missed, they are always accommodating!! Price point and newer technology is outstanding! Thank you Dr. Marcus and Staff for providing beautiful smiles for my children. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There is a reason why MCO was voted best in Cville. They do EVERYTHING RIGHT. Outstanding service, comfortable atmosphere, amazing results, friendliest staff in town, favorable pricing compared to competitors, supremely talented orthodontist that not only treats his patients well but also his staff. My daughter and I love everything about Mill Creek and their amazing team. From the beginning, the service has been top notch and cutting edge, but the most important factor is that the staff at Mill Creek is attentive and caring. We have always felt comfortable in their offices and are thrilled that we get to be on this braces journey with such a great team—and the Dippin Dots after every appointment don’t hurt either 😉

We have been coming here for my sons braces since February. We absolutely love this place. Everyone is always so kind and has made it so easy and comfortable for my kiddo to get braces. This practice made having to get braces a very enjoyable experience! From the first consultation through all my treatments, the team at Mill Creek was excellent!! The customer service was very personal, kind, and always so positive. Each person on their team took pride in their work and loved what they did. Dr. Marcus is extremely attentive to every detail in your mouth and takes the time to turn, twist and fix whatever needs to be done to get your smile perfect. It is more of an art form with precision. In addition to the amazing service, they were also the most affordable quote that I received

What's not to love about Mill Creek Orthodontics? Dr. Markus (Niepraschk) has been here for years (formerly as South Side) and he's such a great guy. He's a father of five, a Virginia boy, born and raised, and he loves the community.
He's super talented, and geeks out on the latest technology like 3D printing and "Indirect Bonding" to not only deliver better results, but a more convenient experience with less visits (cuz who wants to make trips to the orthodontist all the time?). And not only that but he does it for less money than a lot of others in the area.
