Just picked up our 03 Outback that required an engine replacement. This was a very involved process as Civali’s also had the replacement engine sent to the machine shop and then replaced the head gaskets, water pump, timing belt, associated tensioners and pulleys and all new gaskets for components as well as the ball joints. The idea was to handle everything that may even otherwise be dealt with down the road while the engine was out. The ball joints were the least of the project, but I have to mention that a dealership that I have trusted over the years told us the control arms needed to be

Every service job that Civalis did for me has been excellent and they explained everything to me that I was able to understand, in my book they are the best people to deal with, very thorough and they try to keep the price down , and if something that doesn't need to be done they will tell you. They are very honest and let you know that they are checking all things on your vehicle. I highly recommend Civils.

I took my 2010 Mercedes Benz ML350 with an ABS issue and Civali’s resolved the issue performing the required repairs. Steve kept me updated with status updates as to the repairs needed and the parts that needed to be ordered. I highly recommend Civali’s. They were honest and thorough and I waited two weeks to write because I absolutely love how my car is running. I wanted to give an honest feedback from both perspectives.

Civalis and Steve who has helped me there has been amazing. Had a steering issue with my wifes car and instead of throwing parts at it and taking my money like most mechanics would have done, Civalis called a local dealership and found out there had been recalls on this exact issue. Awesome customer service, amazing help, always great to talk with and ask questions. Will take my vehicles here again!

Today was my first visit to Civali's Auto. They were referred to me by my son who spoke highly of their professionalism and quality. It's 30 miles from my home to their shop, but the travel is well worth it, as I have been looking for some time for a reliable repair shop for my VW. I recommend Civali's highly. In my over 50 years of driving and owning cars, I have found no better repair facility than Civali's.

I just love all of them they give you a full service, they even give me a ride home when I need it or pick up the car wherever it is. They do everything for you, humble people they are just GREAT, if something goes wrong they make it up for you, I mean trust me is worth every penny, and more. Finding people you can trust around here these days is not easy and these guys are doing an amazing job over there. This will be my place from now on🙌

There are so many things that I can say about Civali's, all of them are good!
Civali's did a stellar job on my significant other's Jeep! The owner and workers are so professional, they care about their customers, and know exactly what they are doing.
Their hard work, concentration, helpfulness, and dedication really show! Hence why my significant other chose to have the next phase of service for his Jeep done by Civali's. Knowing that my significant other's Jeep is in good hands and that the work done to it always comes out wonderfully makes me very happy! I cannot imagine

Broke down on 91s in the middle of the night headed home from work... what to do? I remembered the name Civali's. A friend of mine takes his car there for repairs.
I had the car towed to Civali's. Put my key in their night slot. I showed up at 7:50a to discuss what happen in hopes they would be able to fix it. I know they open at 8a but was blown away that they were already open and the door was unlocked for clients to come in. As a business owner myself I hate walking up to a business where they unlock the doors precisely at the hour indicated. I was Impressed by that alone
