Services
Sharp's Auto Body & Collision Inc. was founded in September of 1952 by Bill Sharp. Known as "the little man in dirty green pants and t-shirt", Bill Sharp built the original shop from the ground up. Located at 210 Elm Street in Pittsburg, Kansas, the shop was called Bill Sharp's Body Shop. When Bill retired in 1975, he sold the shop to one of his employees, Mike Sand, who changed the name to Sharp's Auto Body Clinic.
Whether you need a complete restoration of a wrecked vehicle, minor repairs due to a fender bender, or just want a new paint job, Sharp's Auto Body & Collision Inc. is your source for quality craftsmanship at reasonable pricing. Each of our employees has attended I-Car classes, ASE classes, and all other classes necessary to ensure they are properly trained to repair your vehicle.
Sharp's is a full service auto body restoration and collision repair center. We work on all types of vehicles, from tiny compact cars all the way to semi trucks and farm equipment. There is no job we can't handle! Our services meet all the standards and certifications to be DRP (Direct Repair) for most insurance companies.
We have a computerized paint mixing system and two down draft bake booths. Our state-of-the-art painting equipment ensures that every paint job looks as good or better than it did when the vehicle originally rolled off the assembly line! Sharp's uses PPG Waterborne automotive paint, which provides an excellent finished product and helps protect the environment.
Sharp's offers spray in bedliner service for pickups and other types of trucks. Having the bed of your truck sprayed with this product will protect it against the wear and tear from the things you haul. While these spray in bedliners have been around a long time, people have recently thought of more creative and functional purposes.
