And I found every aspect to have been excellent. Deserving of the 5 star rating. Being a life long resident of Joplin I have known they have been here in business for decades. Excellent repair of my car that was side swiped in Norman, Oklahoma. It looked like a brand new car after they had it for 3 weeks. I could not ask for a better repair job. Phillip took care of getting it done & I could not ask for any better treatment. Thank you all for doing the best job. I could not be any more pleased with the whole process. I have to say, I'm more than impressed with the quality and timeliness of repairs done to my vehicle. The repairs are flawless and as an added bonus, my entire vehicle was detailed inside and out as well. They advertise that they have been in business for over 50 yrs and thier quality proves it. So glad I kept looking after getting my first quote. Hopefully I will not need many body shop services in my life, but when I do, I will be coming back to Ralph King Body & Frame in Joplin, MO. This was the easiest and most friendly experience ever. The repair is beautiful, exactly on time, and when I got into my car I noticed it had been washed and vacuumed! Happy Customer :-)
