To even give this place a 1 is even generous. I have never been so disrespected from your front staff. I called in to get a root canal done because they said they were covered through United Concordia website. The lady was able to get me in that day and i was so appreciated and when i got to the office i gave her all my information she needed for my insurance. She went above and beyond at first to get the quote for my insurance. When she tells me how much it is and I'm not covered due to the certain procedures at this facility and how I'm not covered for this specialty and how much it was going

Dr. Adams treated me for more than 10 years. She is a role model of a caring dentist. She goes the extra miles to meet the needs of her patients. Dr. Adams is one of the best dentist I have been too. If you go to Lovett on Bay Area don't see any other dentist. I would have given a 5 star but there admin. Dept. needs to do better. They make mistakes on billing and try to recoup from the patient. I wonder how many people got $50 bills at the end of 2021. Then they tried to explain it as a cleaning that was not covered but should have been. According to my insurance in wasn't billed in time.

My oldest daughter has a huge fear of dentists. Dr. Adams reassured her it would be fine. Dr. Adams did a great job and will always be our dentist!! Monique, Didi and Miriain all were so helpful and encouraging! They came in and checked up on her quite a few times. Wonderful experience. Would recommend for those afraid of the dentist and those that are not. Great place!!

Dr.Adams and Monique are a god send. If I had this dentist office about ten years ago I would still have my original smile, not complaining about the one I have now. What I loved most about Dr. Adams is that when I came to her office she laid out a plan on fixing my oral health. For years I went to over half a dozen dentists and they only addressed my immediate issue but did not look at the bigger picture of where my teeth we’re going as a whole. Dr. Adams even suggested ways to pay for my smile. It has been a long, painful and expensive journey but here I can see a light at the end of this rabbit
