Shawn is a dental hygienist. She received her dental hygiene degree from Lakeland College. She feels fortunate to practice her dream profession and help her patients achieve optimum oral health. During your first visit with us at Goebel Family Dentistry, you can expect a warm, welcoming environment. When you enter the office, expect to be seated right away. Running on schedule is a high priority for us because we understand that your time is valuable. We start off with temperature screening and some screening question.
We want to make your payment convenient and uncomplicated. We will file your dental insurance claims for you. We ask that you pay your estimated portion at the time of service and we will then collect from your insurance company. If there is any discrepancy between what we expected they would pay and what they actually paid, we will reconcile the difference with you.

Dr. Tom and his staff are wonderful. They are friendly, curteous, and professional. Dr. Tom is always meticulous in the dental work I have had done by him. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.
He also uses very high quality novocaine. It requires less shots to get numb, and the 'wear-off' factor is minimal... hardly noticeable in fact. For that, I would give him a 10-star rating here if I could :)

The only thing I can say is that I am grateful for the staff to be so understanding that I did not take my pre-meds and could not have my 10 a.m. appointment as scheduled. Instead they offered me a 4 p.m. appointment, and I was able to complete everything today.
