Flu season is back so of course I got sick. Finding a health center that doesn't charge an obscene amount of money to be seen is always a struggle. It was the closest, same-day appointment center I found on Yelp. They take several types of insurance, including mine which only charged a $10 copay. They even have their own app where you fill out your symptoms and payment information right there.

Great dentist office! They send appointment reminders and have comfortable and up-to-date furniture and equipment. Staff is friendly and competent. Dr. Jackson always takes the time to talk over any concerns. Best of all, It is always a pain free experience and I’m not afraid to go to the dentist anymore! Highly recommend.

Having recently relocated to the Quad cities from the Chicago area, I found it necessary to find a local dentist that would meet my needs. I had originally thought I would keep my dentist in the Chicago area and commute there twice a year for cleaning and any other needs. However, I changed my mind. I was so happy when I switched to this clinic—it was very welcoming, nice, really good tech, and I really liked it when Dr. Jackson asked what my plans are for my teeth. We discussed some plans about it and overall it felt very assuring. I don’t know what happened but it all changed.

I just had my first visit here after switching from another dentist I wasn't happy with. I love it here and can't wait to go back and see what he can do for me. He gave me lots of options and explained everything clearly. I have never had a dentist go through my medical history as well as dental and he was able to find some issues I had that no dentist I've seen before has ever mentioned. I went to LJ Dentistry for a second opinion after not being sure about a treatment plan from another dentist. Dr. Jackson was amazing, spent almost an hour going over what the other dentist had found, what it meant and what my options were.

Dr. Jackson and his staff continue to impress. Been coming here for a couple of years now and the experience just gets better every time. Treatment options are always discussed with me, along with detailed images of affected teeth. Dr. Jackson presents the "best" option to the "least best" option for treatment. He never rushes and spends plenty of time with you making you feel valued and dignified, no matter how bad your dental issues may be. Truly exceptional customer service and quality.
