We've become accustomed to letdown these days. Companies don't answer the phone, don't return messages, don't show up, do shoddy workmanship, cut corners, and rip off unsuspecting customers. I was expecting more of the same when a section of my elderly mother's fence collapsed yesterday. Tom, a real-live human being, answered the phone when I called Citywide Fence.
