We were very disappointed with the quality and service of the move from this company. My husband who is a retired disabled veteran and has experienced many moves over his 20 years with movers said this was by far the worst experience he has ever had. He asked for three movers and they only sent two with one of them who immediately stated he tweaked his back the day before and wouldn't be able to do a whole lot. He spent 30-40 percent of the time on the phone trying to find a replacement and the replacement did not show until 8 hours later. Meaning my husband had to help load and unload the

The guys that came to unload my relocube did good quick work. Thanks Anthony Ward and Thomas Lewis.
I only have one complaint, I'm certain that I put into not bring the truck, as I only needed them to unload the container that was already there. so I got billed for the truck mileage. I suspect this is some mismatch between their ordering system or something. Might be good to call Colt directly and ensure they have everything correct instead of putting in on their online form.

We had quite a large move, and not only was the estimate accurate, but the guys who did the move were awesome. All of our things were handled with great care and the move was done as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We also decided to hire their cleaning crew for the house we moved out of and they did an incredible job as well.

Recently I engaged the services of Colt moving. I am thoroughly impressed by Colt moving. Josh and Nate showed up at the appointed time and were very courteous, respectful, professional , methodical and efficient. They moved a lot of boxes and some heavy furniture and all the while they took care not to damage/scratch my belongings nor the dry walls of the house. They were done loading in 90mins and unloading in an hour. Will definitely recommend using Colt and if ever I have to use again, I would come back again.

I apologize for the delay in my review..I used Colt moving in late Sept and would definitely use them again. My moving day started with a professional yet joyful call from my moving team letting me know they were on their way. My team, Demontai and Harvey, were professional the entire day. My items were going to storage so they took extra time to make sure everything was packed well. I cannot say enough good things about these two guys...I will use Colt again and I will ask for these 2 by name. I had no damage and they were polite and professional. I had an amazing moving experience with Colt Moving. Jaylon T, Austin & Jacob helped us move from our 3rd floor apartment into our new home. They were super kind, respectful of all our things, and worked quickly and efficiently. They were even huge troopers about moving some heavy and awkward workout equipment I had. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I definitely recommend Colt Moving to others!

I just completed my 4th move with Colt Moving and once again they did not disappoint! The 2 man team of Devyn and Colin were on time and completed my move in record time. I cannot say enough about Colt and their services. I have used movers before but I'm not sure I could ever say it was a LOVELY experience... until Colt. Honestly, Demontai, Alex, Malcom, and Tyron were so prompt, quick and had such great attitudes it made the whole process so much less stressful. Moving is hard and my husband is NOT great at letting someone else take the reigns but when the guys got to work I watched him slowly get less tense, start to breathe normally, and relax as soon as he realized how much we could trust them. We used Colt Moving for a recent apartment move. It was a tough move, as the apartment we moved into had small elevators and very long hallways. Gerald and Shemar were very hard workers and very professional. They were a pleasure to talk to and always smiling. They worked diligently to finish the move as quickly as possible.

The quality fits the price. Please see the attached pictures. How come the movers cause this kind of the damage and said it was not their responsibility? It's really my first time to see that. Also the contract said the company did not cover damage or broken almost to EVERYTHING. GOOD LUCK if you choose this company.
