If you are looking to rent a flat in Stevens Point, please look into Heritage Farm Estate. My parents moved into this place back in 2018 and Carrie did her best for my parents to be able to move in here. I'm excited to say with confidence Carrie it's one of the best Manager Property I ever dealt with and because of it, my parents are going to be moving back to WI and do business again with this management property.

When we arranged our apartment lease, we did so from Florida, site unseen. Carrie was so helpful and arranged everything for a smooth move in. The apartment was very nice and roomy. If we had a maintenance request or question it was addressed immediately. We are very impressed with her professionalism.

I have lived here for 3 and a half years, and let me tell you it's better then 5 stars! The staff was amazing. Anytime i had an issue, they were there extremely fast and fixed my problem. Carrie is unbelievable and great to work with. She is very caring. If anyone in the Stevens Point/Plover area is looking for a beautiful place, I would recommend this place 10 out of 10 times! Thanks for everything guys!
