So happy to be living at Pine Haven Apartments again! The apartment manager, Amy Brunner is awesome. You can tell that she loves her job here and wants to make the tenants feel like they are "home". She has made my move here seamless. The maintenance staff have been very responsive to my requests and are not only do they complete their tasks in a timely manner, but are very respectful to me since I work from home. Kudos to an awesome staff at Pine Haven!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The landlord is quick to respond and extremely helpful, and the apartments are beautiful! I've only lived here a few weeks, but so far everything is perfect.

Amy and Ron are Outstanding! A Great experience overall and their explanation, patience, and willingness to help get things addressed even in time crunch was wonderful. This is the place to be.
As my stay at Pine Haven has come to an end it is difficult to leave such a nice place and friendly environment. The property is kept in outstanding condition and any changes or needs are communicated clearly and in advance. Any questions or needs I have had Amy has diligently responded and any maintenance requests Ron has made sure to address promptly. A great team. A great place. Pine Haven Apartments

Me and my fiance are first time renters and we couldn't have picked a better place to call home. Our 3 year old even loves it here, Amy is such a pleasure to work with. I'm not one to bother anyone beyond open hours but Amy is always there willing to help. She answers my texts within 2-4 minutes after I've sent it.. Every time we see her she has a smile on her face and when we bring our 3 year old around, my gosh her and maintenance man Ron are so amazing with him. Our 3 year old loves Amy and Ron! Thank you guys for making this experience such an incredible one.

My family is here for more than 5 years. It is a clean, safe and well maintained apartment.
Amy, apartment manager, is such a FANTASTIC person, always available if you're in need of help.
Maintenance staffs are very friendly and always responded immediately to any issue we had (we had very little maintenance issues to begin with).
If you're looking for a nice apartment in this nice neighborhood, I would certainly recommend this as a great place to live.

We have been living here for over 8 years now. Our experience has been nothing but amazing. It is a quiet neighborhood and safe place for kids.
Amy, our apartment manager, is always welcoming and very considerate. The maintenance team is also very responsive and our requests get attended to within a few hours of raising them. When it snows, they clear the sidewalks and driveways as quickly as they can.

I have lived in the Pine Haven Apartments for nearly a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to move in. The location is great! It's within a few miles of all major destinations and is not too far from the interstate. The management is wonderful and is always timely with their response to questions. Also, the maintenance crew is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to issues. Overall, Pine Haven is a great place to live!

I have lived at Pinehaven Apartments in Stevens Point for almost two years now. I LOVE it here!! Amy (manager) and Ron (maintenance) are fabulous to work with! The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. It is a very quiet community also! I love the garage space and the washer and dryer in my unit make it feel like a real home!! I have zero complaints about life here. On the very few occasions that I needed a repair, they always happened on the same day!! They are very prompt to address a concern and truly want you to be happy living here!! I have nothing but the highest reviews to give!
