We strive to provide a clean, safe and educational environment for young children and their families. Within our care, children develop skills that promote physical, emotional, social and intellectual growth. We believe in being supportive of our parents and we welcome their positive involvement.
We further believe that within our environment, children can thrive and have the opportunity to blossom into responsible and contributing members of our society.We require on-going training for our staff through state classes, orientation videos, in-house training, and other certified professionals in the education field.

Our infant area provides the highest quality care in an environment that is designed with the parent and child in mind. While in our care, the children are stimulated through music, exercise, outdoor blanket time, facial and verbal mimicking as well as lots of hugs and tickles. At this age, children are meeting new challenges as fast as they come.
Our teaching staff possess credentials ranging from CDA certificates up to Masters Degrees and they offer a wealth of teaching experience. Additionally, we require all teachers to complete a minimum of 18 hours of continuing education each year to keep their skills sharp and learn new ways to help children with different learning styles.
Enrolling and/or reserving a future space for your child is simple. Contact us to schedule a time for you and your child to visit us in our center. We will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to meet us and learn more about what we have to offer.
Student Check-In and Check-Out will take place under the canopy OUTSIDE of the front doors of the MAIN Building. Families shall not congregate and must practice social distancing while waiting for students to be checked in/out. No more than two families shall wait under the canopy at one time. The State licensing guidelines dictate that arrival/departure times should be staggered, and this is our best option for meeting the required standards.

I really wanted to like it here but no. The girls are sweet and that's the only pro. As soon as my kids started here they were sick. From stomach viruses to horrible colds. They never come home with everything I send them with. The place isn't pleasing to the eye. No colors no bright posters. Then they give you a hard time about meeting the people who will be working with your children. The final straw was today. I hadn't brought my children in a month because they kept getting sick and I wanted whatever was in the school to clear out. So I take them and everything seemed okay. But when I get them

My children have been attending Parker and Parker learning center for two years and since day one Parker and Parker Learning Center has been reliable l, professional and good quality. They have several daily activities for the children, all the teachers there are certified and caring/loving to all there students. Mrs. Parker is amazing and understanding and will work with as long as you work with her. I recommend you this Daycare facility, you won’t be disappointed.

Critical: Professionalism
Ms.Jackson is very very unpleasant, unprofessional, and shows no true interest in the concern of the parents! Loved everything else about the center BESIDES the director! I see the owners aren’t interested in looking into Ms.Jackson’s actions this is why my children no longer attend!

Some of the most unprofessional staff I have ever met. Unprofessional owners. These people have all bitten off entirely more than they can chew. Thankfully the Pre-k school year is only 9 months so I can move forward with more proper schooling and leave this experience behind us. But I can not stress enough how much that I encourage if you’re interested in this facility make sure the school next door does not have an availability first

I don’t where to begin with this place because there is so much wrong. Let me start by saying those Packers are unprofessional as well as habitual liars. I would not send my dead dog to that place. The rooms have mold in the ceiling, the children of all age groups are mixed in the room together. Each week there are new staff, the staff are neglectful with poor supervision. I don’t know how they have remained open with all the mess they have. Go next door with your children like I did and I have no regrets. No starts at all

My oldest went to the Pre-K program here last year, and we loved it so much that he enrolled my other two children in daycare. My 3 and 4 year old have grown some much educational and socially. They are always come home teaching me what they have learned that day. I am especially happy with the progress my 3 year old has made. He's really coming into himself. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We love Parker and Parker!!!!

DO NOT SEND YOU CHILD TO THIS SCHOOL.
My 3 yr old came home telling me that she was hit by Mrs. Brown and was able to show me how and where she was hit. Once I brought this to the director Ms.Kitchen and the owner Mrs.Parker I was told that the teacher had been there for 12 yrs and they never had any complaints about her and that some times kids make things up...well not mine. Once requested to look at the cameras I was told I couldn’t look at them (which I can understand that) but that they would take a look and get back to me.. I NEVER Heard back from anyone the situation was just swept under

New management and this place is terrible. The teachers are not certified and they don't care. All they do is yell . When trying to talk to the new owners they act as if they don't know anything . I'm guessing they've never ran a daycare. I wouldn't suggest anyone take their kids there from self experience.
