I had an emergency repair needed for my company gate and called DGO. Not expecting service today because of the short notice I was pleasantly surprised when Ellie arranged technician Kyle to come out today and do the needed repairs. Kyle was professional and really knew what he was doing. And a great representative for the company as well !
Ellie listened to my urgent needs and made it happen!

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
The DGO owner, Dave really tried to talk me thru the repair of my gate prior to a service guy coming out but alas my technical skill set was lacking. I give him high marks for taking the 20-30 minutes of effort. What other service providers try to prevent a service call first and foremost.

Dave the Owner of DGO will rip you off! He wont show you the service guys tracker and charged me 2.5 hours for 23 minutes of work. Stole my dolly and only cause the Sales Manager John is honest got that returned after buying a new one. 4 calls into the owner, no reply. Maybe this review and official complaints to the CO BBB will get his attention. Go elsewhere for gate service or prepare to get screwed! Budd

As a follow on to the above, the BBB got involved and reached out to the Business. The owner called me and was very responsive and accommodating and resolved the issue amicably.
