We’ve purchased and installed 3 Secure All doors on two separate homes. They are incredible. Ken C. is great to work with and his installation and attention to detail are impeccable. The door creates an insulating air pocket in the winter and in the summer we can leave the screens in while we sleep or are way without worry about our safety. Yes, they are higher in price than many others. Secure All doors are a long term investment and not just a purchase.

I was walking in my neighborhood and saw Ken installing a door. I asked him about it and he stopped working and talked to me about the custom doors he and his family make. He ran to the truck and gave me a very nice brochure about the doors and styles they custom make and install. I have an extra tall door, 9' , which is great when you purchase your home but not so much when you want to replace the door. Secure All's doors are worth every penny. I'm impressed with the craftsmanship and it looks great on our house. They are truly secure- no way to get around the plates protecting locks and hinges. The metal coat finish is gorgeous. The installer, Ken, spent plenty of time explaining the door's mechanisms and details of the 5 year warranty. Overall, a very positive experience.

If you are looking for a quality product and excellent service this is a company I can highly recommend. Ken knows his business AND he took time to make sure that: my doors were installed expertly and did all the necessary adjustments, informed me how to best keep my doors in excellent working order, showed me how to switch out the screens and the glass. On top of that he was honest with the lead time on the manufacture of the doors and was excellent at communicating with me on the progress of my doors.

We had a new security door installed by Secure-All Security Doors and we could not be happier. They replaced our old door (30+ year old door also from Secure All). The new door is such a great product, stronger, aesthetically much better, and a world of difference from our old door. It's not that the older door wasn't good was, it lasted over 30 years but the new door is fantastic. The ordering was smooth and the installation was fantastic and we are thrilled with the new door. Honesty, Integrity, Quality Product are just a few of the accolades that I give this company!! I wanted a security door that complimented my home, allowed me to change screens/windows during the seasons, and made me feel confident about the product. We just received our new door! It is everything we expected and more. Ken was meticulous with the installation. Our 70’s era house proved to be a challenge but he took the time and extra effort to give us a great finished product. We purchased doors from Secure All for our previous home and they gave us many years of comfort and security. They have made improvements to the closer and other features that make these doors even better than the last. These aren’t the cheapest doors but the quality of the product and the great service make Secure All an outstanding value.

2. Received prompt response from our online request; which we found unusual considering this day and age, via email. This was at the beginning of COVID-19 pandemic. This meant, all shopping was done online (another reason to worry about product)!

Ken arrived on time to do the measurements. I was emailed a quote and I placed the order. I was told I would get a call before the door was completed to set up the installation. Ken called, set the appointment for a few days later and again arrived on time. The installation took many hours because Ken is a perfectionist. I could not be happier with the results. The doors are expensive but well worth the money.

Let's start with the pros. This place makes nice doors. They insulate well and look nice. However I would not recommend this place. We have had our door for 10 years and the handle broke off due to normal use. The marks system that is used is impossible to find parts for and the handle breaking off was due to a bad design choice that puts a much harder metal c clip against much softer metal in our case brass, causing it to wear out over time. Furthermore when we went to the showroom (very nice by the way) we were told that these systems should only last for 10 years!! Not only that but when we

17 years ago, my wife and I made the great decision to "invest in the best" with Secure-All security doors. Ken and his team showed us many choices and we decided to protect our doorways with their doors. Last week at the Home and Garden Show, Ken and I reconnected and he offered to check us out to make sure we were still happy. Still happy after 17 years?!?

We've had our doors for 3 years and they are FANTASTIC. We opted for the Lexington with lowered center and (unlike some our our purchases) would DEFINITELY do it again. The security aspect of this door is great; with the deadbolt set you can't find a more secure frame. Screen-to-glass replacement is easily done (and affords a great opportunity to clean the frame with a soft towel and warm water and they look brand new). Also - get the hook for the exterior of the door to hang wreaths, well worth the small up charge. We also added side lights to the front door for a finished look and are quite happy
